The fund commemorates the centenary in 1990 of the Masonic Province of Buckinghamshire and assists non-Masonic charitable causes. The committee makes grants or donations solely to non-Masonic charities or causes, which must have strong Buckinghamshire connections, and such grants are concentrated upon specific projects/facilities rather than general appeals or requests to fund routine activities.

To provide accommodation for older people who are in need and who are inhabitants of the parish of Newport Pagnell. Preference is given to members of the United Reformed Church in Newport Pagnell.

Community Larder is one of our two primary projects. This project takes fresh food waste, short life fresh food or surplus stock and distributes it to those in need. We aim to give our Service Users the choice within food groups and promote a healthy balanced diet including protein. The food groups are bread, cakes, pastries, vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, cheese, eggs and vegan products.

For the benefit of the public:(a) to advance the mission of the Church of All Saints, Loughton, Milton Keynes, (b) to preserve, repair, maintain, improve, upkeep, beautify and restore All Saints' Church, Loughton, Milton Keynes, contents and churchyards.(c) for any ecclesiastical purpose as defined in the PCC (Powers) measure 1956 as amended.

The Charity was established to provide a meeting place for the local community and to provide facilities for social and sports activities.
