The Charity is named to honour Fred Roche who did much to create Milton Keynes. It promotes high quality planning, urban design and landscaping in new urban developments. The Memorial Fund maintains the Fred Roche Gardens, funds awards for local students studying planning and related subjects and holds seminars and lectures to inform the debate about the future growth of Milton Keynes.

Girls Flow Free provides menstrual health and hygiene education and free menstrual products to girls and women in Ghana and Milton Keynes.

Maintenance of st Firmins church

To raise funds towards the upkeep of the fabric of St Laud's Church, Sherington.

Hiring of Village Hall for village community use and for surrounding communities, clubs, organisations and individuals.

To advance the growth of facilities which will encourage and enable pupils and students within the county to play cricket or other sports.

Furthering the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the Ecclesiastical Parish of St Peter and St Paul, Newport Pagnell.

To help individuals or groups within the Parish of Loughton (including Great Holm) where there is a financial need. 50% of the annual income must be allocated to All Saints' Parish Church.

The charity provides and maintains a building for the use of the local community. Various fundraising events are held during the year. Social functions are organised for the community so that people may meet and mix with others, a very important part of life in a rural community.

The object of the club is to promote the welfare of the aged in any manner which now is or here in after may be deemed by law to be charitable within the town of Olney. "Aged" the committee may admit as a member any person who is sixty years of age or over.

The Trust has created an iconic gathering place in central Milton Keynes, enhanced by a unique piece of public art known as the MK Rose. It takes the shape of a flower and where the 'petals' intersect granite columns have been erected. The MK Rose was officially opened on 9/11/13. Since then there has been a series of events,attracting upwards of 40-50 people; some events many more.

To make grants of financial assistance in cases of genuine need for the residents of the areas covered by Shenley Church End and Shenley Brook End Parish.

Provision of a recreational area including a games area and children's play equipment, and as from 2008/9 cricket and football pitches, tennis courts, bowling green, a wildlife conservation area and 49 allotment plots.
