It holds a worship service every Sunday and a space for groups to meet during the week to explore the baptist faith and to provide pastoral care. The church is also open to operate a Foodbank providing practical support for those in need in the local community.

This is achieved by, amongst others, undertaking benefit checks, representation at tribunals, disability awareness training, access auditing, life coaching and opportunities for further learning.

The development of young people in the Gwent area within the policies, aims and rules of the Scout Association.

We run services in response to community needs & enable individuals, families, local groups, voluntary bodies and statutory agencies to hold events or run activities. We started craft groups and activities that promote well-being, and Community Kids for parents & toddlers. Plas Gunter Mansion Trust cyf (formerly Welsh Georgian Trust) aims to preserve for the benefit of the people of Wales and the Welsh Marches and of the Nation, the historical, architectural and constructional heritage that may exist in and around Wales and the Welsh Marches in Georgian and Pre-Georgian buildings of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest.

Based in Newport, South Wales, and working in partnership with churches and organisations to provide a drop-in and varied programme of "Shoulder-to-Shoulder" activities for guests. The charity offers both practical and health support, including freedom from addiction, help with the development of soft and employability skills and encouragement to move towards sustainable, independent living.

WE ARE A NON-MAINTAINED NURSERY TAKING 24 CHILDREN TWICE DAILY FROM THE AGES 2 AND A HALF TO 4 YEARS. WE ALSO RUN A 2 PLUS LANGUAGE AND PLAY SESSION. The charity advances the Christian Faith, primarily in the Newport, South Wales area. The church also provides services and facilities to improve the life of the residents of the Newport area and seeks to provide education and relieve sickness and financial hardship by the provision of goods, funds or services in the UK or the wider world.

The charitable object of the charity is the furtherance of the religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends.

The Palmer Centre provides a Dementia Friendly Cafe service that is open to all from 8.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, every week, well-being and other recreational activities for older people and a room hire service.

The purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. Monmouthshire Scout Council carries out this purpose across Monmouthshire via 11 Groups, 8 Explorer Scout Units and 1 Network unit.

The objects of the CIO are: the relief of the poor and needy in Abergavenny and surrounding areas, and any other parts of the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the in the world, or other such charitable purpose as the members of the CIO shall in duly constituted meeting direct.

Ready Steady Go (RSG) organises Events and activity suitable for children with Autism, amongst which is a once-a-week after-school club and a variety of suitable activity during weekends and school holidays.In addition, RSG organises meetings and peer support for the parents (and Carers) of the children who attend RSG activities.
