The objective of the charity is to use medical aid, education, social and other relief as an expression of God's love. By funding these activities the organisation and its Directors believe that it can have a positive effect upon individuals who have become homeless, dispossessed of their possessions or opportunities of employment through natural causes or war.

The Foundation is named for the late General Secretary of the National Union of Teachers (England and Wales) who died suddenly in April 2008. It continues his work by promoting the Sustainable Development Goals for education by encouraging teachers worldwide to contribute their experience and expertise to projects which advance the achievement of these goals.

The charity in line with its aims has been investing the donations received to date and is currently reviewing the investments in order to make a decision on what charitable activities/grants are to be undertaken in the next year from income received.

Acts in support of Christians and chaplaincies in the armed forces around the world but primarily in Africa, Europe, South Asia and the Middle East.

Operation Orphan is a charity designed to create brighter futures for orphans and vulnerable children in our world.Our work is carried out under five strands; education, health, sustainable development, poverty relief and spiritual and psychosocial care.We strengthen the care structure of the children by operating in the context of the culture and employing a holistic approach to each project.

FIRE AID acts as a communications hub between member organisations, and between member organisations and donors, for the procurement of equipment, materials and funds, by promoting the work of member organisations, facilitating partnerships and joint projects where appropriate, and development of best practice guidance for the delivery of emergency services aid.

The charity's principal objects include the advancement of education in accountancy, financial management and related subjects as well as the support of individuals studying such subjects. It provides CPD (Continuing Professional Development) to members of ACCA and members of the public. It also provides a magazine Student Accountant, technical publications and promotes accounting research.

LEGS provides technical support to practitioners and policy makers involved in livestock emergency response largely in developing countries, through the provision of the LEGS Handbook and other resources, the LEGS training programme, research and learning.

Children in rural Nepal have few educational options; many work to support families. +70% of students don't complete grade 10. A registered NGO, CITCNepal, working closely with local communities, are dedicated to improving education, building good quality classrooms, sponsoring salaries of teachers and improving quality teaching and learning with training including first aid and menstrual health
