The Grifaid Charity is about safe water for all, providing access to safe drinking water for families and communities, resulting in the relief of hardship, the preservation of health and the support of education among people in poverty residing in developing countries.

To promote the advancement of education, health awareness and protection, disaster relief, and community development among disadvantaged communities in Nepal and the Nepali diaspora in the UK. We aim to empower individuals through education, health awareness ,knowledge exchange, and support during unexpected incidents,reduction in inequality and the promotion of sustainable social progress.

The Help Tibet Trust works in partnership with people of Tibetan origin to promote sustainable communities and develop initiatives which support the wellbeing of the most vulnerable. Our grants' programme supports health and social care of older people; youth development and education; self-sustainable work and employment projects; and community and environmental improvement projects.

Women Without Roofs (WWR) is a small, yet growing, charity that benefits women and their families living in Nepal. We help women that are on their own and are struggling to survive. Many of these women also have children and all of our women are vulnerable, sometimes a husband will abandon his wife because of the stigma of leprosy, or perhaps the husband is in jail or dead.

A human rights organisation working for women and children in Nepal.Main activities are rehabilitation of women and children rescued from having been trafficked into India, support and refuge for women who have been physically and/or sexually abused, support for women and children who have contracted HIV.Educational, vocational & health projects. The Trust continues to support the children of the Nagajuna Modern School based in Pokhara Nepal.

DFN provides scholarships at Nepali medical schools for students from poor rural backgrounds. In return, the students undertake to work in remote and deprived rural areas of Nepal for an agreed period after qualifying. The charity supports students both during and after their studies, in liaison with local medical colleges; it also delivers health projects and disaster relief.

The relief of sickness, suffering and injury caused by any natural or man-made disaster anywhere in the world by the provision of emergency pre-hospital care, referral and EMT facility patient transport. The advancement of the education of specialist medevac and pre-hospital medical care to increase local response capacities worldwide.
