Wise-Aid implements these objects by focusing its resources on a) the advancement of civil society in remote areas; b) advocacy for greater recognition of the special needs of people in remote rural areas; c) creative and sustainable use of natural resources.

To further or benefit the residents of Peterborough and in Nepal by advancing education and providing facilities for improving the conditions of life for the residents, the relief of those in need in Nepal, by reason of youth, age, ill-health,disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by making grants of financial assist relief and help to the victims of natural and human made disasters

The Charity is set to help the general public and it does this by making grants to individuals and providing buildings facilities or open space to the needy. It mainly operates though out England and Wales as well as countries like India, Nepal, Philippines or where ever help is needed.

We help children and families access treatments that improve health and life experiences when not readily available through statutory bodies like the NHS. This is achieved through developing programs that provide vital emotional and practical support.

Providing education for children in impoverished areas of the world who would otherwise receive no adequate schooling, by providing funds to local charitable organisations to build and equip schools, and where necessary, paying for running costs.

THE SUPPORT OF TWO ORPHANAGES IN KATHMANDU, PROVISION OF FUNDS FOR THE ACCOMMODATION, UPKEEP, EDUCATION AND MEDICAL COSTS OF THE ORPHANS AND THEIR CARERS. FINANCIAL AND PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE WITH THE MAINTENANCE OF A CHURCH BUILDING IN HETAUDA AND A CONTRIBUTION TO THE COSTS OF SUPPORTING THE PASTORIAL STAFF

We raise and distribute funds to carefully selected development projects in the developing world. We also organise educational events locally, often hosting talks by people who have been working on projects we have supported.

To pay and apply the income of the trust fund for such charitable purpose as the trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit; and pay and apply the whole of the capital in any manner in which they are authorised to pay the income.

The Friends of Jamarko and EPHC works with a Nepalese social development organisation to support the education of disadvantaged children in Nepal through primary, secondary and higher secondary schooling; an Adult Literacy Programme for the children's parents; and a Medical Fund which provides financial assistance for medical care if the child's family cannot afford to pay for themselves.

To further such charitable purposes as the trustees see fit from time to time in particular but not limited to the advancement of health, saving of lives, animal welfare, relief of those in need by reason of ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage for the public benefit by the provision of advice, support and grants with a particular focus on Europe and South-East Asia.

WE WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DEVON & SOMERSET FIRE & RESCUE SERVICE / LOCAL COMMUNITES ON COMMUNITY SAFETY. OUR WORK INCLUDES, FIRE PREVENTION, ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR E.G FIRESETTING, COMMUNITY RESILIENCE AND SAFE DRIVING. WE PROVIDE ADVICE AND EXPERTISE, MAKE GRANTS TO LOCAL GROUPS IN NEED, RAISE FUNDING, ASSIST OTHER GROUPS TO RAISE FUNDING AND HELP TRAIN AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE AND OTHERS.
