The EACR is a membership organisation for those studying and working in cancer research. It provides education, training, networking and support for members and non-members with the aim of making progress in cancer research for the public benefit.

The objects of the Trust are the relief of poverty incapacity or sickness or for the advancement of education or religion or such other charitable purposes generally as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit.
