The Charity is involved in enhancement of social activities for members of the Coptic Orthodox Community meeting in Church and enjoyment of religious occasions during Sunday Mass, Christmas and Easter.

Church activities

Teaching juniors and adults to row with the aim of increasing their fitness and taking part in competition. The club is nationally competitive in junior, senior and veteran classifications both male and female. The club also provides for non-competitive members.The charity achieves these aims by the provision of all the necessary equipment such as boats, a gymnasium and volunteer coaches.

TRANSFORMING THE LIVES OF THE UK's MOST DISADVANTAGED 16-24 YEAR OLDS LIVING ON LONDON'S MOST DEPRIVED ESTATES - AND IN SE KENT (FOLKESTONE & DOVER).DELIVERING UNIQUE AND INSPIRATIONAL 10-WEEK PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM COURSES THAT EMPOWER THESE HIGHLY VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE - SUPPORTING EACH TO ACHIEVE THE MOTIVATION, SKILLS AND EDUCATION TO MOVE ON TO FURTHER EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT.

Advancing the Islamic faith in Newham and the surrounding area by providing facilities for Salaat (prayer), Nikaah (marriages), Janaazah (funerals), Eid Salaat, providing a Madrassa (religious education classes), in accordance with the Sunni laws of Ahle-Sunnat-Wal-Jammat (Deobundi).

The Charity's activities includes:1. Advancement of Religion, and2. Relief of Poverty

The Object of the charity is, for the public benefit, to advance the Christian faith through spritual enrichment by practicing the principles of christian faith in such ways as the Charity Trustees may from time to time decide.

To advance the education for the public benefit by teaching the French language and French culture, heritage and history to children in East and North London and to adults through the provision of after school, weekend and holiday classes and through organising events open to the general public as the trustees shall determine.

Supporting practice and appreciation of visual art for the public benefit and advancement of education in the arts, by establishing an art gallery to provide ongoing exhibitions, educational events for schools, lectures and intern training programmes with financial support by Arts Council England. Continued support for artists who are in financial need by assisting with studio space for them.

It is engaged in the worship of God and the furtherance of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and the general advancement of the Christian faith.

Religious Activities

To advance the Islamic religion for the public benefit, by promoting the knowledge of Allah (God) as portrayed in the authentic sources of Islam and according to the way of the pious predecessors, including the provision of facilities for religious worship

The Church's activities include a Sunday morning service, midweek Life Groups and Wellbeing groups, a distribution centre for Newham Foodbank, NEWway Night Shelter, dedicated pastoral visiting team who are committed to pastoral visits which includes anyone living locally with a need. fellowship groups and weekly prayer meetings

WE OFFER THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN ACROSS THE WORLD THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, COUNSELLING AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES. THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A WORSHIP CENTRE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIANITY TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES.
