St Peter's Mar Thoma church is fully committed to serving the spiritual needs of the Malayalee Christians residing in the East of London & England, and where possible, promote Christian harmony and fellowship in the local community. Stimulating cognitive & various physical activities for those have any memory issues, depressions or facing loneliness and their carers. Our services include various mind stimulating creative and practical activities and projects at different settings, such as in hospitals, care home, libraries etc. as well as outreach, help, advice, information & signposting to other health professionals.

The objects of the charity are "by such means as are charitable" to promote the Greek Orthodox faith to advance public education to relieve poverty sickness and distress and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the London Borough of Newham and its environs.

To relieve poverty, distress and suffering in any part of the world, in particular but not exclusively, emergency and disaster relief in response to natural disasters and all other kinds of catastrophes by the provision of, or assistance in the provision of, rehabilitation and relocation of people and rebuilding programmes in respect of affected areas.

To advance the education for the public benefit by teaching the French language and French culture, heritage and history to children in East and North London and to adults through the provision of after school, weekend and holiday classes and through organising events open to the general public as the trustees shall determine.

WE OFFER THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN ACROSS THE WORLD THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, COUNSELLING AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES. THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A WORSHIP CENTRE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIANITY TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES.

West Ham Non-Ecclesiastical Charity is a registered provider of social housing providing accommodation for the elderly living or working in Newham. The Charity owns Harris Cottages comprising of 18 one-bed self contained units.

Religious Activities

The Charity is involved in enhancement of social activities for members of the Coptic Orthodox Community meeting in Church and enjoyment of religious occasions during Sunday Mass, Christmas and Easter.

To advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public mainly but not exclusively through the provision of a place of worship, the holding of prayer meetings, religious education and to provide outreach and pastoral care for the community in the Docklands, London.

- providing resources and facilities for public worship, pastoral care and spiritual, moral and educational development, both for the congregation and for anyone else who wishes to benefit from what MPCC offers; - promoting Christian values and service by members of the congregation to the community, for the benefit of individuals and society as a whole.

Teaching juniors and adults to row with the aim of increasing their fitness and taking part in competition. The club is nationally competitive in junior, senior and veteran classifications both male and female. The club also provides for non-competitive members.The charity achieves these aims by the provision of all the necessary equipment such as boats, a gymnasium and volunteer coaches.

To advance the Islamic religion for the public benefit, by promoting the knowledge of Allah (God) as portrayed in the authentic sources of Islam and according to the way of the pious predecessors, including the provision of facilities for religious worship
