This charity makes grants for education (fairly widely defined) to individuals under 25 whose homes are within 5 miles of Norwich City Hall whose parents are not able to afford the expense involved, examples vary from playgroup fees to second degrees and include school uniform, trips, music dance and gym tuition. Funds are limited! Grants may be made to schools etc. within the area.

Grant making for general charitable purposes.

We are a church operating in and serving North Walsham and the surrounding areas. We carry out regular church activities - church services and so on - as well as running an assortment of social activities, children's and youth groups. We are also involved in other various activities such as counselling, particularly pregnancy crisis and bereavement counselling.

Norwich Mens Shed supports the wellbeing of men in the local community. We provide a dedicated workshop space for men to socialise and take part in practical, creative and recreational activities, addressing key issues around wellbeing, social isolation and loneliness.

The charity operates the gallery known as Norwich OUTPOST which has an international reputation for exhibitions of contemporary art. OUTPOST holds a series of exhibitions alongside a varied programme of events and projects, including artists' talks and open call opportunities.

Southern Norwich District Scout Council provides support at "district" level for training and leadership of local scout groups in Southern Norwich.

Oblique Arts is an artist led non profit making organisation. We enable communities to work with us and provide spectacular and innovative multi media urban installations and digital art outcomes. We specialise in working with at risk young people and hard to reach communities. Our projects empower our participants to explore their creative potential through high quality visual arts projects.

The activities of WildEast include; building multi-sector partnerships and broad demographic public sector engagement in order to secure land pledges to a digital mapping system; identifying areas pledged to nature and subsequently identifying physical networking opportunities; delivering a regionwide, national curriculum aligned education program.

Grant making to smaller charities with preference to charities in Cheshire and Norfolk.

Childcare facilities

The club promotes professional music recitals and concerts and other related activities. It promotes educational projects with professional musicians for schoolchildren and young adults in Norfolk and Norwich.

Childcare provision and education for all children between the ages of 2 and 5 years (during school term).

The charity gives information and support to parents of children with all kinds of special educational needs and young people themselves who have special educational needs (16 to 25) through assessment, issuing of an EHC Plan, tribunals, mediation, exclusions and complaints.
