The Charity was formed to provide a new Village Hall for Wereham and the neighbouring parishes. The facility is available for booking from anyone whose requirement is deemed suitable by the Trustees and also provides leisure and sporting activities.

The Wayland Partnership comprises the Market Town of Watton, its hinterland of 13 parishes and key community organisations such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Youth Council, the Tourism Association etc. The Partnership exists to promote the economic, social, environmental and cultural well-being of the Wayland area.

Natural Habitat operates in Suffolk and Norfolk and provides educational activity to the general public in sustainable land-use, environmental preservation, conservation and biodiversity.Natural Habitat uses collaborative practices to deliver accessible activity in support of local wildlife populations, habitats and food systems, so they thrive for current and future generations.

Provision of village hall facilities for a multitude of events including film shows, theatre, entertainment events, antique and arts and crafts, childrens activities, badminton, dog shows, weddings, private parties, meetings, learning centre and many smaller events such as keep fit, bingo and indoor bowls.

The Charity advances education for the public benefit and, in particular, but not exclusively, for persons who are or will be employed in the construction industry in Norfolk, by providing or assisting in the provision of funding, learning, training and work placements.

Great Ouse Rivers Trust works for the protection and enhancement of the River Great Ouse and its catchment. The Trust does this through activities that support conservation, protection and enhancement of the river and its catchment and through the advancement of public education, engagement and awareness raising.

Environment/conservation/heritage

A Community Centre that houses a number of organisations that hire its facilities including toddler group, craft group, line dancing, bingo, and fund raising activities - these activities are open to people within the village of Narborough and Narford and surrounding areas.

THIS CHARITY PROVIDES A VILLAGE HALL, PLAYING FIELD AND PAVILION FOR THE WHOLE VILLAGE AND PEOPLE FROM OTHER VILLAGES TO USE. IT IS VERY WELL USED AND SERVES MANY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE, FOR PARTIES, CLUBS, MEETINGS AND ALL MANNER OF FUNCTIONS FOR PEOPLES ENJOYMENT.

The principal objectives and activities of the charitable company continue to be religious activities,education,training,outreachand the relief of poverty.

The Society raises public awareness of Round Tower Churches within the United Kingdom, promotes knowledge and understanding of the architecture and religious symbolism, and gives grants to help maintain them.

PROVIDE A COMMUNITY BUILDING AVAILABLE FOR HIRE FOR PRIVATE AND PUBLIC ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS.

The charity is a parish within the Orthodox Church. We are committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship at our church and chapel and to become part of our parish community. To that end we typically hold services on 3 days a week at St Martin's Church and St Helen's Chapel in Colchester.

PROVISION OF LOW COST ACCOMMODATION FOR ELDERLY VILLAGE RESIDENTS

Sing Your Heart out promotes good mental health and wellbeing through singing workshops that enableparticipants to reap the known benefits of group singing in harmony. The sessions are designed so thatpeople who might normally feel unable to join more formal choir settings (often through mental ill health)can participate without discrimination or judgement, and also benefit socially.

Caring Friends Mid Norfolk promote the relief of people suffering from cancer, dementia; long term chronic health conditions and isolation and loneliness and their family and friends and carer's in particular,; but not exclusively; by the provision of advice, counselling, emotional support , trips, transport and befriending.

To provide and maintain an Inshore Lifeboat to enable us to provide search and rescue operations when tasked by M.C.A.

Provides Infrastucture for Scout, cub and beaver groups

We are a community centre providing a space for user groups to run their groups/activities from.
