Exchange 2 is a local charity providing drop-in and evening facilities for the youth of Harleston Norfolk and the surrounding villages. The aim is to provide a safe and secure environment for young people aged 12-19 years manned by a youth worker and volunteers in order to nurture and develop social and life skills, and an understanding of their ability to contribute to society

Provision and maintenance of a village hall for the inhabitants of Stratton St Mary and Stratton St Michael and the surrounding district without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
