We maintain, repair and manage the village hall building so that we can provide for the needs of the village community. We organize fund raising activities and entertainments for various groups all year round. The hall is also rented for private functions on application to the secretary.

Providing disabled people with the opportunity to ride and/or carriage drive to benefit their health and well being in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex.

Charitable Activities within the village of Swanton Morley,Norfolk

Promotion of the education and training of psychotherapists living or working in East Anglia and promotion of a lecture programme and courses in East Anglia dealing with all aspects of psychotherapy

To provide and maintain the almshouses in the village of Harpley for poor persons of good character who are resident in the parish of Harpley.

To maintain, and promote the use of, the Great Witchingham Village Hall as a venue for community events.To facilitate local organisations, societies and groups holding regular meetings and classes. To enhance the quality of community life for the parish and its residents.To create an environment that supports a vibrant, successful and sustainable community.

To give an annual grant to the P.C.C.To give grants to those leaving school and to those continuing in education / work.and to the school and youth organisations in the village.to give grants from our Relief In Need Account.A cash grant each Christmas to those qualifying from our fuel allotment.Grants may only be given to individuals who are residents of the village of Garboldisham.

To provide extra funds for Educational needs over and above that supplied by the Authorities.

Assist in the preservation and protection of life at sea and along the coastline between Mundesley and Sea Palling and in particular the provision and manning of a lookout station at Happisburgh. Reporting any untoward event to HM Coast Guard at Humber

We are an amateur sports club who give members an opportunity to participate.

Provision of medical equipment to the local medical centre, and help and support with limited medical equipment as required by members of the community.LOCAL MEDICAL PRACTICE: The equipment supplied has to date been diagnostic and life support equipment allowing minor surgery not supplied by the local PCT.

Help members, patients and their families affected by disease, primarily that of the liver and genetic defects affecting the liver by helping to educate patients; liaising with medical staff dealing with liver problems at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital or another healthcare facility and to help the hospital by paying for necessary medical instruments.

Fundraising for School

To advance the education of the pupils in the school. The charity raises funds to support the activities of the school - for example, providing playground equipment, additional library books etc

We provide the facilities for the over 60s Club, Badminton, Judo for all ages. Brownies, Guides. British Legion, Womens Institute, Lademaking, Weight Watches, Yoga, Keep fit, Tea Dances, Pilates, Art, Line Dances, Embroidery, Short Mat Bowls, Extend

Annual Christmas donations to the poor and elderly in the Parish. Annual Education grant to full time students at college or University away from home. Charitable donations as decided by the Trustees.
