To relieve poverty, hardship or distress through the provision of food to people in need of emergency supplies in York and the surrounding area and by such other means as the trustees may determine.

The object of the charity is to advance the Christian faith through the vehicle of sport in the UK and abroad.The charity raises income through gifts and donations from churches and individuals and from running children's soccer and netball schools, overseas tours and football and netball leagues.The charity's main expenditure during the year was staff salaries.

The aim of the PCC is to co-operate with the minister in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

To provide a range of services at our prison sites and in the community, offering emotional support, advice and guidance, rehabilitation and family time. Enabling offenders and their loved ones to sustain meaningful relationships to benefit them during time in custody and beyond.

Kidz Konnekt acts as a resource for young people up to the age of 25 living in the North of England by providing advice and assistance and organizing programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of:a) Advancing in life and helping young people .b) Advancing education,c) Relieving unemployment,d) Providing recreational and leisure time activity

We endeavour to influence the policies and conduct of local and national government and other bodies, so that development is in the best interests of the people who live in North and East Yorkshire. We also seek to preserve the landscapes and townscapes for best possible outcomes in light of changing circumstances.

As a community centre, we provide a base for four non profit organisation and two community spaces for hire for a range of activities. We are a community anchor, where people can come together, learn together and develop solutions together to provide a connected, resilient and well-developed community where residents and community potential are realised.

The provision of minister to work within the circuit and providing spiritual direction and discipling of the members in the Christian faith. To provide high quality, integrated and fully inclusive childcare for children aged 2 to 12 years. We provide full day care for the Early Years age group, together with before and after school clubs and Holiday club for older children. We serve mainly the community of Thorpe Willoughby, but are open to all children who can arrange transport from further afield.

To educate the public in the musical and dramatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts, in particular by providing training in the skills associated with artistic practice and staging artistic performances, plays, dramas, comedies, operas, operettas and other dramatic and operatic works.

To provide out of school care to children from 2 years to the end of primary school

Yatton House Society provides a day service for people with Physical/Learning disabilities of school leaving age and above in Great Ayton, Stokesley and surrounding areas. We organise and initiate activities aimed at maximising individual member's personal growth, education, development and independence.

The provision of ministers to undertake pastoral work, visiting sick & behreaved, local industry & commercial premises. The conducting of marriages, funerals and christenings.

Sunflowers Children's Action Group aims to relieve the needs of children between 3-16 suffering from life-limiting/life-threatening illnesses and their families by arranging special activities and events to create memories, make friendships and provide mutual support in the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire regions.

To relieve persons of pensionable age wh are in need by reason of their age:A)By the provision of communal living facilities in supported houses andB) By provision of amenities and services to such persons and their families.

To provide an Early Years Setting for the dependants of Service personnel and local civilian families, offering a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment in which the EYFS framework is followed.

Grants are made to other charitable or appropriately constituted bodies in response to specific written applications. Policy favours, but not exclusively, initiatives that benefit communities that are linked in some reasonably direct way to the Fitzwilliam Estates in Cambridgeshire and Yorkshire or the Naylor-Leyland Estate near Ruthin. Grants tend to be one off, not merely for annual expenses.
