Dyslexia Sparks offers support to individuals of all ages with dyslexia and related SPLDs. We provide dyslexia and dyscalculia assessments to children and adults via private referral. We offer specialist tuition to children and adults to develop literacy and maths skills, as well as study skills, time management and report-writing. We provide teacher training as well as support to organisations.

The aims and objectives of the Trust are to improve the quality of life for children and their families whom are Underprivileged, Disadvantaged or Disabled. Whether this is caused by social, physical, mental, emotional circumstances , or as a result of extreme poverty. The Trust provides through their five holiday homes, Free Holidays or Respite breaks for the children and families.

We are a sheltered housing scheme for individuals of retirement age who are independent but with added security of a Resident Support Supervisor

Provides for the welfare of people with disabilities living in and around Craven, North Yorkshire and assisting them to integrate into society. We operate 8 minibuses with full disability access including wheelchair lifts. We collect them from their homes and take them to Doctors & Hospital appointments, Dentists, Shopping etc.

We strive to enable people to live out their faith as part of our community through: Worship and prayer, learning about the Gospel and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus. Provision of pastoral care for people living in the local community. Missionary and outreach work. In addition we utilise our buildings as a community hub for the work of local charities, organisations and individuals.

Leo's provides lived experience mental health and trauma support to families in the North East of England who have been affected by neonatal care, and those who have been affected by pregnancy or baby loss within Middlesbrough & Redcar and Cleveland.

The Trust was established primarily for the benefit of the population of rural villages and towns within the boundary of the old North Riding of Yorkshire. Whilst most contributions go to established charities, all good causes will be considered and investigated. Only in extremely rare and special circumstances does the Trust make donations to individuals or charities outside the specified area.

Ryedale Carers Support provides practical and emotional support for carers, the people they care for and older people living on their own. The service is provided by volunteers. Our Charity has three main aims. We primarily assist people in need, chiefly through the provision of donated household goods and new furniture and white goods at affordable prices. Horizon Life Training is a Christian charity that operates to help former drug and alchohol dependants back into the community and to a work life by providing them with counselling, support, life and employment skills training, and facilities for work and recreation. This is carried out as a practical outworking of the Christian faith, operating from a residential care farm in North Yorkshire.

Basecamp works with young people who are suffering disadvantage or require additional support in order to build greater self-belief and resilience, enabling them to better thrive and fulfil their potential. Working in partnership with schools, we provide a unique 1 year programme combining outdoor adventure, personal development and compassionate coaching.

Trinity St Andrews has a mission to serve our community at all ages both in person and online through regular worship, prayer meetings, Messy Church and study groups; developing people's relationship with God and spreading the good news about Jesus; supporting through life's challenges by Pastoral Visitors and prayer support. Maya Productions makes diverse theatre to enable social change and racial justice in the arts. We make theatre led by Global Majority artists (African, South Asian, and Latin American Diasporas), we engage with young people and underrepresented communities through participatory arts projects and we promote workforce inclusion in the creative sector through training, research and mentoring.
