Our Association provides direct assistance to children and adults with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their parents/carers within North and West Yorkshire. We provide welfare grants, subsidised holidays and mutual support through activities, outings, workshops and seminars.

From net income, relief generally or individually to persons resident in Selby District in conditions of need, hardship or distress by making grants or by otherwise paying for items, services or facilities to reduce the need hardship or distress subject to conditions contained in the Charity Commission Scheme.

The provision of playgroup facilities in the village of Carlton nr Goole.

TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND FACILITIES FOR THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF INGLETON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD.

The charity runs a programme of meditation classes and buddhist teachings, open to everyone, in Keighley and local towns. The charity also has a World Peace Cafe at its Keighley centre to help further promote its activities. A centre in Burnley is now open to the public 2 Days per week for classes and has a small cafe and shop facility and has purchased a property which is currently renovating

St Mary's is a centre of worship for the villages of Embsay and Eastby. The members of St Mary's also lead and participate in a varied range of secular activities in the wider community. St Mary's church is a Grade 2 listed building and the maintenance and sharing of our heritage with local people and visitors is an active part of this charity's role.

To provide support for families and schools in North Yorkshire with a child with Down Syndrome. Support includes therapy for the children, advice, training and resources.

During the year a wide range of activities were undertaken including Theatre Studies resentations, Theatre visits, curriculum area visits including a visit to Liverpool and the annual trip to Belgium to Ypres and the Comme

Sessional childcare setting for 2-4 year olds.

To enable women to advance their education in citizenship, in public questions both national and international, in music, drama and cultural subjects and in all branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare. It seeks to give all women the opportunity of working together through the WI organisations and of putting into practice those ideals for which it stands.

Rural Playgroup and Pre-school serving children aged 2 - 5

Lollipop provides regular free activities for families of children & young people with any degree of hearing loss. Through such activities families have the opportunity to meet & build friendships with others, with whom they share their experience of deafness. Activities also encourage members to realise their true potential & in doing so build confidence, raise self esteem & develop self identity

The Trust provides short stay facilities for disabled persons and their carers,visiting the Yorkshire Dales, without discrimination as to race, gender, age or creed. It has as a priority the encouragement of independence for the disabled person.

Rescuing and rehoming stray and abandoned dogs in Yorkshire from local stray kennels. We provide kennelling and immediate veterinary care, including vaccines and surgery if needed. Via social media and websites all dogs after assessments are advertised for rehoming. All potential adopters are home checked and matched with individual dogs needs, The charity exists with volunteers and donations.

Promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evengelistic, social and ecumenical

We provide activities for all members of the community, all ages and backgrounds to help them socialise and learn new skills together,

The Charity provides and maintains a sports ground and children's play facility. The premises include a sports hall, bar, changing rooms, sports field, tennis courts & bowling green. The facilities are designed for use by sports clubs, but are available for informal public recreation when not in use by clubs. The Charity also runs Copmanthorpe Carnival, a fund raising event.

Victory Christian Ministries International is one church meeting in multiple locations. Each campus offers powerful teaching, live worship, campus pastors and campus ministries.
