The Ginger Heart Foundation (GHF) came into being to raise awareness about the increased risk of suicide in the comedown after taking alcohol and cocaine together. To help the residents of Harrogate by ensuring our premises are available to as many user groups as possible, to ensure those wishing to take part in a group activity or personal hobby are not denied access to the amenties on offer. To date we have 22 regular user groups.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Holtby and the surrounding area (defined as a 2.5 mile radius of Holtby) without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for:(a) Meetings, lectures and classes, and(b) Other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, provided in the interests of social welfare.

Our aim is to advance the education of pupils in the school, in particular by developing effective relationships between staff and parents and, by engaging in activities or providing facilities/equipment, which supports the school and advances the education of the pupils.

The main activities of the fund are administration of extra-curricular activities for pupils, including trips, production of theatre plays, sales of photographs and collection of parental donations.
