York Sailing Club promotes and facilitates community participation in sport and healthy recreation by providing facilities for sailing and other water-based activities, primarily but not exclusively for those resident in York and surrounding areas. We sail on the River Ouse at Bishopthorpe, 5 km south of York city centre, and also take part in sailing activities elsewhere in Britain and Ireland.

Friends of Cononley School is a group of parents, teachers and members of the community who co-ordinate fund raising activities to enable Cononley Primary School to provide a better and more enriching educational experience for its pupils.

Relief of need, hardship or distress for persons resident in Barlby and Osgodby Parish.

To advance the the education of pupils at Sessay School by providing or assisting the provision of educational, recreational and other charitable facilities in augumentation of such facilities financed by the LEA.

The objects of the charity are to stimulate civic pride in the beauty, history and character of Scarborough and its surroundings and to take an active interest in maintaining those features on which the character of the town depends. During the year the society's activities included commenting on planning applications, participating in heritage open days, raising funds and organising town walks.

Maintain the village hall and grounds and seek use and collect rent from lettings.

Fundraising activities to raise money to support purchases of classroom and outdoor resources and equipment for Burneston C of E (VA) School to help support and bring the curriculum to lifeActivities include bake sales, discos, raffles, summer fair, craft clubs and much more

The maintenance of the Heslington Sportsfield for the recreation of the inhabitants of Heslington.

WE FUND RAISE FOR KIRKBY AND GREAT BROUGHTON SCHOOL TO HELP PROVIDE THE SCHOOL AND THE CHILDREN WITH RESOURCES, FACILTIES AND ACTIVITIES.

Educational activities for older people based in the Selby area. These include monthly talks, peer learning through interest groups, social and exercise groups.

The mission of the Harrogate Islamic Association is to provide support and social network for the Muslims living and working in the Harrogate District. To Promote and foster cross cultural understanding and harmony and to provide educational and communal facilities for Adults and children.

Harrogate International Partnerships has been established to help rekindle and revitalise the existing town twinning links for Harrogate, and be open to the possibility of establishing new links.We exist to advance the education, for the public benefit, of the people of the Harrogate district in the history, culture and languages of countries outside the United Kingdom.
