THE PURPOSE OF SCOUTING IS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

Our activities include the provision of weekly African food parcels at Leicester Street Community Centre in Northampton. We operate an admin office at Barratt House, Kingsthorpe Road, Northampton, NN2 6EZ providing one to one support, outreach services in partnership with CAB. Other activities include African drumming, ladies swimming, IT sessions, online immigration sessions, health & wellbeing

KCU (Kettering Community Unit) is a community support charityproviding the following -Free training and education courses to support people into employment or to improve their quality of life -Furniture re-cycling, low cost household goods to those in need via our charity shops-Food bank operations to support those in food poverty Our ethos is that everyone in our community matters .

Supporting, and developing responses to, the needs of children, young people and their families in Harborough District and surrounding area. Specifically delivering play and youth work activities, especially to targeted communities such as local Gypsy and Traveller communities, and rurally isolated children and young people.

The principal activities (aim) of the Charity are worship and the involvement of various ministries and ministers of religion, in propagating Christian tenets to both members and non-members of the Ministry, at various meetings.

The advancement of Christian and other charitable purposes and in, particular, to further education in the basic principles of Christian morality.

The objects of the charity are to relieve the suffering of children who reside in the Leicestershire area or are treated at any Leicestershire hospital and reside in the surrounding areas, children who have life limited/terminal illness, who have suffered life changing mental/physical/emotional trauma, have suffered severe abuse by the granting of a wish.

Based in Wollaston, we offer early years education and out of school facilities to children from aged 2 yrs to 11 yrs.

The Northampton Methodist Circuit currently consists of 13 Christian Communities, committed to Worship, Fellowship, Social Action And Evangelism, Mutual Support and Connexional belonging.(There are 10 Methodist and 3 Ecumenical Congregations involving Methodists) We aim, guided by God, to promote active growth and explore New Ways of being church.

The aims and objectives of the charity are: 1. to promote the Christian faith 2 to be a God centred, faith filled, service focused, outward looking and inclusive Church, helping people of all ages become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. 3 to focus on worship and spiritual growth, discipleship, work with families, children,youth and young adults orientation.

We are a group of volunteers who have taking over the running of the local community centre on a estate in Corby which has 10% deprevation. In side the facility we have a Community Cafe, SureStart Childrens Centre, Youth Club a large sports hall which we hire out the facilty for different activities such as football, Table Tennis, Karate and many more.

We aim to alleviate hunger for children, families and the elderly in Daventry District (now West Northants) by providing access to sustainable affordable food. Bringing the community together in an environment where there is no stigma or embarrassment. 4,900 children (plus families) in Daventry District could need this help. We support schools, local community and local businesses

To provide for the development and education of children under statutory school age by offering playschool and preschool places to children in the local area

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Taking of religious assemblies in schools. Promotion of Christianity through the staging of events and meetings. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

Avon Cat Rescue has been active for over 50 years. At premises in South Warwickshire, relinquished and stray cats receive sanctuary and care prior to rehoming. The charity does not practice euthanasia except on medical grounds and with veterinary advice, therefore non-rehomable cats may become permanent residents. The charity operates locally and, to a lesser degree, in adjacent counties.

To benefit the residents of Daventry and the neighbourhood with the provision of a community centre for voluntary and other organisations to advance education and provide for wellbeing, social welfare and recreation leisure time activities. To manage and maintain the centre to the highest standards whilst keeping rents to affordable levels for the widest possible use.

To promote the benefit of inhabitants aged 50 and over of the borough of Corby and without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and where appropriate the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to relieve persons in need, to advance education and to provide facilities
