Provides information and support to people with thyroid disorders , their families and carers; provides information on the patient perspective to the medical profession

Following an 8 month strategic review the foundation is now supporting projects that build youth power and leadership systemically through youth led, power based learning and development opportunities for both young people and power holders. We are particularly focussed on minoritised and marginalised young people based outside of Greater London.

The primary objective of the charity is to promote, maintain, improve and advance education, particularly by the production of puppet shows, educational plays and the encouragement of the Arts, including the arts of drama, mime, dance, singing and music.

The objects of the charity are: * Welfare of animals. * Preservation of the environment. * Support of charities connected with education, the Army and chartered accountants. * Literary and musical societies.

We support families across the UK who have been affected by HIE (hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy). This is done by providing information (such as via parent packs for those in neonatal intensive care units), signposting to other charities/support groups, organising activities, peer support, funding for equipment etc.

The objectives of the charity are to promote for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society, by assisting in furthering access to employment.

Providing speakers for meetings, seminars, training events and conferences.Distributing books, video and audio tapes, DVDs, CD-ROMs and leaflets.Distributing a quarterly Answers magazine of general interest to the average reader. Distributing the Answers Insider quarterly and prayer letters via email and ordinary mail.

The Charity makes grants to Charitable Institutions on the basis of a three year rolling criteria cycle. All applications should be through the website.

Our purpose is to inspire, energise and resource individuals to "Share Jesus" Our activities are the growth of a nationwide movement of individuals, churches, denominations, streams and Social action ministries. We train i61m coaches to run groups within Churches and ministries to work through and the i61m app setting goals to "Share their life, Share their faith and Share Jesus"

The activities of the Esprit Foundation are primarily focussed upon the making of grants for the advancement of education for the public benefit and especially those under the age of 30, in particular the promotion and understanding of: (a) the use and application of technology and technological research; and (b) business and entrepreneurship.

InterAct Stroke Support takes professional actors into hospitals and stroke clubs to read and interact with stroke survivors. This interaction alleviates boredom, depression and stimulates the brain, thus helping rehabilitation & recovery.Post stroke depression is common and neural stimulation has been shown to help the brain "adaptively rewire" finding new routes from A to B.

Give Us Time takes one-week holidays and short breaks donated by owners of holiday homes, hotels, resorts and timeshares, and matches them with military families in need of rest, rehabilitation and re-connection after long periods deployment or adverse family situations. The charity was launched in 2012 by Dr Liam Fox MP.

Mimbre are a female-led producing company, creating acrobatic theatre for outdoor and unusual settings, touring nationally and internationally, with a strong digital presence. We run a vibrant local youth programme, Mimbre Youth, and an artist development programme for physical performers. We collaborate across the Creative Industries, as consultants and creators.

Making charitable grants

The National Youth Arts Trust exists to do something about inequality in the performing arts industry and to ensure a career in the arts is accessible to all. Our bursaries and drama projects help talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds train in dance, music and drama.

We believe in equality of opportunity for all disabled people. We work hard to achieve this, by ensuring as many disabled people as possible are able to access the sea.By offering the opportunity to experience the sea - not just as a passenger, but as active participants - on board our specially built accessible powerboats, we build confidence and improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Felix Fund provides financial assistance and welfare support to personnel from any military unit who has conducted or assisted with EOD & Search duties. This includes physical injures and anyone suffering PTSD or other mental health issues, as well as those facing hardship. We also help serving personnel veterans and their dependent family members.

The Mammal Society works to protect British mammals, halt the decline of threatened species, and advise on all issues affecting British mammals. We study mammals, identify the problems they face and promote conservation and other policies based on sound science.

Fluxus Art Projects is a Franco-British charity dedicated to supporting emerging visual artists and curators from both France and the UK.

UK Welcomes Refugees has established the charity alongside refugee organisations accompanying displaced and resettled refugees within our communities who are in need of support and integration.

Making grants for capital projects to organisations which are located close to where C & J Clark Ltd employees, ex employees, pensioners and their dependents live. Occasionally grants for startup costs but not to individuals nor for running costs.Examples of recipients of recent grants have included schools, hospitals, community facilities, sports, village halls, preservation etc
