Provides shoes for ladies over 80

We have created and maintain a wildlife garden close to the centre of Morpeth. It provides a haven for residents and visitors. Development and maintenance is organised by the Trustees with the help of a group of Friends.It is also used by local schools from time to time and by the Cubs, Scouts and Guides. Each June we hold fund raising Garden Fete.

Funds are raised through voluntary effort and then disbursed to individuals and organisations as charitable donations

TALKS ON A WIDE RANGE OF SUBJECTS AT OUR WEEKLY MEETING.HOLD COURSES IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR MEMBERS. I.E HEALTHY EATING, AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE,CRAFTS, CREATIVE WRITING.IN 2010 WE PRODUCED A BOOK ABOUT THE GROUP TO COMMEMORATE OUR 10TH ANNIVERSAY.

We provide trishaw cycle rides for those members of our community who through either disability or age have limited mobility.

During our first 12 months of operation from April 2010 we raised -+?17,787which we used to help the families of 16 children.Our objective is the relief of sickness, the preservation and protection of health of disabled children with special and complex needs living in the North-East of England by loaning on a long term basis specialist toys, equipment and sensory aids.

Alston Moor Food Bank supplies basic wholesome food and provisions to individuals, couples or families that find themselves in financial crisis in the geographical location of Alston Moor and the surrounding areas.

We run girls and boys football teams in East Northumberland. We organise competitions and run association teams.

To minister healing to those who come to the Centre, send us their prayer requests and invite us to their facility. To teach on Christ's ministry of healing both at the Centre and wherever we are invited.

Miscellaneous fund raising events

Assistance to poor, sick in Morpeth and surrounding area. Requests are received from third parties - usually Social Services, Citizens Advice Bureau, etc - and donations are paid to that third party for the benefit of the recipient. Requests during the last financial year were for such items as washing machines, cookers, decorating, furnishing, clothing etc.

Friends of Rothbury First School host events and activities to raise funds to support Rothbury First School in order to benefit the pupils within it.

HD Kidz provides a range of fun, therapeutic, and educational activities to children and young people with a range of hidden disabilities and their families.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use by local residents

To fund in the form of a donation to a pre-existing junior football club in deprived areas that are struggling to survive and would benefit from a charitable donation as well as organisations with individuals who are appropriately qualified and are actively researching Giant Cell Myocarditis
