We empower male and female survivors aged 18 and over affected by childhood sexual, incest, emotional and physical abuse, neglect, rape, trafficking, and exploitation to rebuild their lives through trauma-informed recovery, personal development, education, training, and opportunities. We also raise awareness and improve professional understanding of the lifelong impact and prevalence of trauma.

Raise awareness in churches of the need for foster carers in the East Midlands and provide information to help people make an informed choices about whether fostering for their local authority is right for them. We help existing foster carers and their churches with peer support and training.

y-notts is an independent charity based in Nottingham and gives financial assistance in the form of grants to young people aged between 15 and 30 for the purpose of furthering their education, training and personal development, in a wide sense.

Our charity offers a range of activities to support young people in disadvantaged areas with barriers that are stopping them from progression. We offer a mixture of sports from football, basketball and multi sports as well as youth provisions to target teens aged 11-17 in high risk areas. As well as this we offer holiday clubs and one to one support helping improve the wellbeing of young people.

Our vision in managing Eagle's Nest Community Centre is to provide a multi-use, multi generational community hub of excellence that is widely used by the people of Arnold. We will build community, be a catalyst for volunteer projects and partner with others to increase social provision.

We run and maintain our local community centre, we administer the hiring of the centre by a nursery and local groups and residents for the provision of community activities or parties. The charity's activity is to provide annuities and other benefits for elderly and needy persons living alone who are over 55 years of age and live within 10 miles of Nottingham City Council House, and to appoint a visitor to watch over the welfare of the annuitants.
