The charity operates two youth organisations, namely 17th Nottingham Boys' Brigade and 30th Nottingham Girls' Brigade.

The advancement of the the christian faith in accordance with doctrinal standards of the Discipline of the Methodist Church in the Grantham and Vale of Belvoir area in the east midlands. Any activity with a charitable purpose for the time being of any Connexional, District,Circuit, Local or other organisation of the Methodist Church.

To promote the education of girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.

Boxing coaching and multi-sports activities and provisions - to individuals of various ages across Nottingham

The object of the charity is to promote agriculture and to such end generally improve it in all branches and to encourage skill and industry in it and in all trades, crafts and professions connected with it. The principal activity of the charity is to promote the Southwell and District Annual Ploughing Match and Agricultural Show.

ASSEMBLIES OF THE FIRST BORN IS A REGISTERED UK CHARITY WITH FOURTEEN CHURCHES THROUGHOUT THE UK AND SIX FELLOWSHIP CHURCHES IN THE USA. WE SEEK TO DELIVER THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST IN A MANNER WHICH SUPPORTS THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE, ADULTS, THE ELDERLY, OTHER VULNERABLE GROUPS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY AT LARGE.

To preserve for the benefit and education of the public the Malt Cross Music Hall.To provide a safe venue in the city of Nottingham which builds community, invests in artists, musicians and creative talent providing space to exihibit and perform.To provide teams of professionals and volunteers who go onto the streets of Nottingham at night to care for, protect and show love to people in need.

The main areas of activity are the operation of schools in The Gambia, West Africa, and fundraising in the UK to support the work of the schools.

Encouragement/sense of belonging/ Purpose through Volunteer opportunities. To further or benefit the residents of Retford & District, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary or other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide theatrical facilities in the interests of social welfare.

YESS's Mission Statement is to provide a space to people of all ages where they can explore diverse mental health and wellbeing needs. To achieve these objectives a range of professional services are provided including individual counselling sessions, group work on specific issues and a drop in service.
