We are a pre-school setting for children between 2 and 5. We provide opportunities for learning and play, in accordance with the early years foundation stage curriculum.

Independent advocacy and participation service working across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire - enabling homeless people within housing, health and social care settings to have a voice, participate within the services they receive and empower them to reach their full potential.

SPS services include: English language courses, 1-2-1 information/signposting sessions, publishing Polish monthly newspaper "East Midlands po Polsku" informing about local life, maintaining www.empp.co.uk, organising workshops, social gatherings, events, developing a sense of community, working towards community cohesion. SPS organised FestiWal 2009 - A Community Festival with a Polish Flavour.

Regular Public Worship for all. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses, etc. Religious assemblies and activities with schools. Promoting the mission of the Church through activities for all ages and needs. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas. Provide pastoral care through a foodbank and clothing bank to help alleviate povertynot exclusive to the Sutton in Ashfield area.

Rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses and ponies. Rehoming also offered to small animals.

We provide first aid training and first aid event cover in Newark on Trent and surrounding areas mainly within 15 miles of the town centre. Our community training and community/charitable event cover is provided free of charge - donations appreciated. Workplace training and cover for commercial events is provided at inexpensive rates. These services are provided by our volunteers.

As a church we provide a variety of activities to our members and to the community generally. Our aim is to show the love of Jesus Christ in both word and deed. BrightSparks Arts provides creative opportunities for people living with mental health conditions in the regions of Leicestershire and Northamptonshire to enable them to build self esteem, develop skills and challenge stigma. BSA delivers workshops, projects, events, exhibitions and publications to showcase the work of participants, and provides advocacy and advice to organisations/ the public.

Grants are made to registered charities.

The charity was dormant as at 31 December 2020. The charity commenced operations 1 January 2021

St. Peter's is a Church of England Parish Church and provides church services, pastoral care and open youth work in the local community

The church advances the Christian faith through gathering together for Christian worship every Sunday,through groups for children and young people, through midweek groups for bible study and prayer,through seasonal events and services and through meeting needs within the community.

Support and maintain Grade 1 listed church building. Raise funds for various church activities and mission overseas.
