Ditchley addresses current global challenges and aims to shape the future by connecting people and ideas to "think new things, make new connections." Ditchley aims to deliver on its mission through a programme of events with the majority taking place at Ditchley Park, making full use of this important asset to the Foundation.

Age UK Oxfordshire provides a range of services, activities and opportunities for older people in response to locally identified needs. These activities include Day Care, Flexible Care, Mental Health Care, Information & Advice, Support Brokerage, Footcare, Exercise and Preventative Care. Support and Training for carers is provided through Action for Carers (Oxfordshire).

The principle activity of the College, as specified in the Royal Charter is the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate mature students of the University of Oxford

To run The Anvil (concert hall) ,The Haymarket (theatre) and The Forge (studio) to provide cultural live performance events for Basingstoke, Hampshire and surrounding areas as well as a year-round programme of participatory and educational work for all communities.

Homeless Oxfordshire exists to help homeless people by providing accommodation and support towards independence.

MERCY IN ACTION WORKS IN THE PHILIPPINES IN CEBU AND MINDANAO AMONGST THE POOREST OF THE POOR. WE CURRENTLY SEND AROUND 400 CHILDREN TO SCHOOL AND COLLEGE & RUN 3 CHILDREN'S HOMES. WE HAVE FEEDING PROGRAMMES AND A DROP IN CENTRE FOR STREET CHILDREN, BUILD HOMES FOR DESTITUTE FAMILIES AND PROVIDE GRANTS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. 'FEEDING THE HUNGRY TODAY; EQUIPPING THEM FOR TOMORROW'.

The charitable objects of the Foundation are the advancement through the medium of sport such charitable purposes as are capable of being so advanced; and such other charitable purposes associated with sport or physical recreation as the Trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time think fit.

To advance the Christian religion and education and to relieve poverty, hardship and distress across Oxfordshire and in many other parts of the world. This is primarily done through the activity of 11 established churches and through schools, pre-schools and outreach workers as well as supporting overseas workers.

The charitys objects are the relief of sickness and injury and protection of human life by providing and supporting an air ambulance service for the county of Wiltshire and surrounding areas.

Educating Children

Provision of care for the older people who require permanent nursing care over and above general care.

The charity operates to provide on-going funding to Sir Michael Sobell House (The Hospice). The fundraising effort concentrates on four main areas, which are:-- The Sobell Lottery- Community Fundraising- Financial Support - legacies, investments and grant income- Trading - shopsFunding is provided to The Hospice by way of grants and services provided.

Long term nursing care, palliative care, respite care and post-operative rehabilitation for sick, disabled and older persons regardless of their means.

The Charity supports the work of Florence Nightingale Hospice through total funding of specific services such as the Children's Hospice at Home, Day Hospice, Lymphoedema service, and part-funding of inpatient nursing, Nightingale 24/7 service and community palliative care nurses. We raise £790,000 per annum through donations, fundraising, gifts in a will, shops and a local hospices' lottery.
