Religious and social services

The charity's objects are to advance the education of the students at The Cherwell School in Oxford, and it does this by raising funds to make grants to the school to assist in the provision of facilities for education and educational wellbeing at the school.

Operating in Oxford, we exist to help remove the societal barriers that to continue to disable people from taking part their communities . We create, support, and promote inclusion in communities, including through our disbailty sport, social, gardening and other projects, bringing together our participants with disabilties with priamrily student volunteers.

We do a communal weekly prayer and celebrate our festivals and also perform some social activities. We also teach an Indian language i.e Punjabi.

The maintenance and development of Swinbrook Village Hall for the benfit of the village

For the purpose of furthering the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England amongst members and former members of the Armed Forces of the Crown.

Bluebells Day Centre, based at the Christ Church Centre in Henley on Thames, provides social engagement, activities, games and outings for dementia sufferers and respite for their carers.

The Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre (Oxford) offers oxygen, complementary therapies and support to people with MS.

We raise funds for organisations and individuals providing relief through the provision of financial or material aid in Oxfordshire. Funds are raised via organised events, sponsored events, collections, stalls, public and commercial donations, with zero income spent on staff.

Our activities are solely the Running of a Cafeteria & Tea Bar to benefit all members of the public and hospital staff, and thereby raising funds to provide equipment and amenities for benefit the in-patients/ outpatients of the West Wing & Children's Hospital at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford

We provide:- A hall for meetings or sports such as badminton or indoor bowls. Kitchen facilities. Small meeting rooms, sports changing and shower facilities. Sports field for football and cricket. We fundraise to upkeep the buildings and facilities; and where possible to upgrade and expand those facilities.

The charity undertakes medical research and the advancement of medical eductation for the benefit of the public through a fellowship in Surgery at the Department of Surgery at the University of Oxford.

The Letcombe Brook Project provides environmental management of the Letcombe Brook Corridor to maintain and enhance ecological diversity, minimise flooding and pollution and develop the Corridor as a green community resource. The Project obtains funding from the adjacent Local Authorities and contracts a Project Officer supported by Volunteers to implement the Trusts Objectives.

The Trust is implementing a masterplan for the Radley Lakes area to become one of nature conservation and quiet recreation. The area is one of former gravel working in the south of Radley between the river Thames and Abingdon.Delivery is mainly through agreements with landowners and other stakeholders, but everyone can become involved by becoming a Friend of the Trust and by volunteering.

The Foundation exists to provide financial support towards the education and training of young persons in Wootton, near Woodstock in Oxfordshire primarily through the medium of Wootton-by-Woodstock CE (Aided) Primary School, and also of former pupils of the school.
