At The Dementia Care Hub CIO, we offer a programme of hub-based activities to support people living with dementia and the carers who support them. We provide social drop-in groups for anyone affected by dementia, wellbeing respite sessions, therapeutic activities, support for carers and advice, guidance and signposting.
