Provision of tennis facilities for the purpose of health and education in the community of Wrexham and surrounding areas

Mount Elim Evangelical Church undertakes the following religious activities and services to the local community: - Sunday services (morning & evening)- Sunday school (during morning service)- Weekly Bible study meetings for ladies & men's groups- Weekly meeting for Bible teachings & prayer- Weekly mother and toddler group- Visiting the local community e.g. nursing homes, hospitals etc

The charities main objectives are the education of the public, by the promotion of contemporary and other art and in particular (but without limitation) art that is linked to the landscape in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. This is to be achieved by exhibiting contemporary and other art to foster understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of art amongst the public.

TO PROVIDE CHILDCARE AND EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN FROM 6 MONTHS TO 12 YEARS THROUGH OUR DAY NURSERY AND AFTERSCHOOL CLUB.

Providing good quality childcare and education along with parent support and taking play into the community, we also provide a 'resource centre' where we sell unique and recycled goods

The provision of regular public worship. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and the bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons and small groups. Taking of Assemblies in local Schools. Promotion of Christianity through staging of events and services, and the distribution of literature. Aiding community cohesion

Furniture and white goods recycling and sale of household goods at affordable cost. Awareness raising of environmental issues.Provision of work experience and training to offenders, mental health patients and other disadvantaged persons.Helping homeless people through a Hardship scheme along with helping people living on the streets.

The Owen Jenkins Trust focuses its donation activities, but not exclusively so, in supporting charities in the environmental, homeless and youth development sectors in Shropshire, the Marches and the West Midlands area.

The Trustee shall hold the Trust fund upon trust to apply the income, at their discretion..... for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the National Health Service, wholly or mainly for the services provided by Powys Local Health Board.The purpose of the funds is for the benefit of patients and staff of Powys Teaching Local Health Board in accordance with the Deed of Trust

The main objectives of the charity are to pay grants to other registered grants, at the Trustee's discretion, to broadly benefit Arts, Education, Health and Social.

The objects of the Charity (the ?Objects?) shall be to provide services for, and promote the welfare of the blind or partially sighted persons residing throughout Wales but primarily the administrative areas of the County Councils of Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Powys and Wrexham

Providing support services for Older People, including Vulnerable Adults and those who may be effected by a disability or health issues. An emphasis is on preventative services. A Home Support Service including welfare contacts, benefit checks and support with day to day living, to enable independence & resilience.A 24/7, 365 emergency response via Care Lines to falls and other emergencies.

Working across age ranges, social backgrounds and abilities we hope to inspire more people to enjoy participating in dance. We are a community and education-based dance company who believes that dance is an exciting and accessible art form that inspires creativity and joy, stimulates learning and has deep routed health benefits that extend beyond fitness into holistic wellbeing.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

Llandrindod Foodbank operates in Mid Wales within a radius of 20 miles from Llandrindod Wells. It is open to all those in crisis in that area. We provide Food for a minimum of three days and work with over 40 different referral agencies. We also offer a course on money management and a course on cooking.

We provide services to residents of our local community using our team of volunteers, Community Transport, Lunch Club, Shopping and prescription delivery, information and support. Working with other organisations and service providers.

Runs an annual music festival in Presteigne featuring works of living composers

The charity assists people in difficulties or suffering in inhospitable terrain, mainly in North Wales. It does this by co-ordinating emergency responses from its member organisations, providing a management team to co-ordinate search and rescue activities, providing training to support these activities, and representing members at regional, national and international levels.

We run a pre-school play group started in September 2013.

Tir Dewi provides a bilingual, confidential, comprehensive support and advocacy service to farmers and their dependents, assisting them to overcome problems which they are experiencing. We work alongside other agencies to achieve this where appropriate. Our service is provided by volunteers who are registered and trained by Tir Dewi.

Bryn Blaen Community Wind Fund CIO receives funding from the wind farm developer which we are able to grant to projects and organisations within the area defined in its constitution.

Operates a door to door accessible transport service to disabled or elderly people

To encourage an appreciation of our Welsh Fine Arts Heritage by providing a collection of works of art relating to both Wales in general, and more particularly to the region of North Wales.

During the year, the Trust made donations to 7 charitable organisations. The trustees have had regard for the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit.

Organizing the collection and distribution of food and other basic necessities through a foodbank to local people in need. The charity operates as part of the Trussell Trust foodbank network.
