To advance education in the art of drama and musical theatre for the benefit of the public by public productions and performances, encouraging participation in the staging of such productions and developing programmes and workshops.

Guisborough Christian Centre is a Christan fellowship which operates in Guisborough, East Cleveland and elsewhere for the advancement of the Christian religion, relief of persons in need, hardship and distress, the advancement of education, provision of recreational facilities in the interests of social welfare

Provide supporting activities in the local community, raise money for charitable causes, support individuals on educational and training activities.

Support services to those who suffer from heart related illness including heart attack, stroke, heart failure, heart surgery etc.We hold weekly supervised exercise and relaxation classes and we endeavour to supply practical support and encouragement.

Provision of studio space for local artists.Mounting exhibitions for community benefit.Managing workshops on a variety of artistic topics.

Dog training

We organise the activities of 1 paid Chaplain Team Leader and 21 Voluntary Chaplains who a) engage directly with people in places of work, b) work collaboratively with ministries in other sectors, with local churches and with other agencies. c) represent to those in authority, peoples' experience and perception of work, and raise questions with those who make decisions. The High Tide Foundation aims to connect Education and Industry across Teesside whilst raising aspirations of young people through industry led programmes. The Foundation focuses on the Tees Valley area and provides support to students through opportunities. High Tide has over 100 business members who offer resources which are used to help young people gain experience within the world of work.

The objectives of the Charity are to continue to provide a safe and friendly environment to support and improve the conditions of life for the residents of Grangetown and surrounding areas through the management and maintenance of our community facility and provision of social and economic activities, we continue to expand our leisure, social & educational activities to all sections and age groups

(i) to advance the education of the public and in particular the education of older people no longer in full time gainful employment in Guisborough and its surrounding locality; (ii) the provision of facilities for leisure time and recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the above persons in the interests of their social welfare.

We provide studios and gallery for practicing artists at Middlesbrough in a heritage site building. We aim to advance the education of the public in all forms of art via individual and group exhibitions, talks, seminars open studio events, exhibitions, residencies and internships. We network with other organisations and individuals to encourage arts development in the Tees Valley.

We provide free at the point of delivery services around substance misuse, providing advocacy and recovery coaching to the most marginalised and vulnerable individuals in our society. We give clients the opportunity to recovery and rediscover their life goals as well as providing them with a toolbox of health coping strategies to reduce the risk of relapse.

We hold Weekly exercise classes for stroke survivors we also have regular carpet bowls and cookery demonstrations

Operates Art Galleries - provides premises, services and support to run Art Galleries and educational programmes in commercial buildings thus interacting with local businesses and the wider community.

The charity aims to give relief to parent(s) and guardian(s) of children resident within the area of the Diocese of York who are in need, hardship or distress and their children. We make grants to provide and pay for goods, items, services and facilities. We also give grants to other bodies who provide goods, services or facilities to those in need.

We promote the advancement of arts education and appreciation and support the preservation of our artistic heritage. These aims are realised through the monthly lectures, study days and outings for our members and volunteer activities which include local conservation projects, Church Recording and Young Arts projects for local young people.

We support individuals facing challenges like chronic illnesses, mental health issues, loneliness, and isolation etc. We host weekly coffee mornings and craft groups aimed to teach new skills, boost confidence, and reduce anxiety Overall, We strive to build a supportive & inclusive community where individuals can learn new skills, enhance self-esteem, and alleviate feelings of isolation.

To promote and improve educational and recreational facilities and resources at the sites known as 'Guisborough Forest and Walkway'. To encourage use of the countryside by as wide a spectrum of people as possible. We help manage the sites in a way that will conserve and enhance their natural and industrial heritage. We actively fundraise with all monies going towards achieving the above goals.

Breathe Easy Darlington offers exercise classes and social activities to people within Darlington and surrounding areas who have a lung or respiratory condition.

We refurbish donated hand tools and despatch some of them them to other UK charities; sometimes the tools are collated into trade-based kits for shipment by others to certain African countries. The Charity's beneficiaries are adults having particular needs that may be addressed by the intrinsic therapeutic, educational and social aspects of the work.
