Educational charity dedicated to raise awareness about the global issues connected to sustainable development, and participating in the protection, enhancement and rehabilitation of the environment, human rights and the relief of poverty, using empowerment as way of developing the individual to achieve these objectives.

We support orphans in one school in Slobozia (Romania), mainly providing educational materials. We send individual Christmas presents. We also support a smallholding, run by two ex-orphans, in the neighbouring village of Cosimbesti; this provides them with a living and is also used as an educational resource for the children in the school.

We work towards the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of gender or sexual orientation. A GLBTQ friendly community in a Virtual Reality (VR) environment, a safe haven for everyone, where they can relax, meet and interact AT events get support, counselling, friendship and acknowledgement and have their issues put forward, promoting social inclusion and Human Rights.

Fostering the use of quality existential psychotherapy in Europe

Educating the Public about Economics, Economics Reform and Access and about Social & Environmental Justice, Climate Change and Biodiversity. The Trust consists of patrons, trustees, supporting members and volunteers and welcomes donations. It regularly exhibits at events, provides information: and delivers speeches and lectures. We welcome new members to help the Charity.

To relieve poverty, hardship and sickness amongst children and/or vulnerable adults in Romania, in particular those who are or have been orphaned and suffering from H.I.V.

Rowan Romania is a UK charity that is committed to supporting adults with special needs in a long-stay psychiatric hospital in Zarnesti, Romania.

To provide non-institutional assistance to orphaned and abandoned children, particularly those abandoned with AIDS in Romania and eastern europe. Extend charities activities to assist orphans and abandoned children in Asia by providing grants, sponsorship and management and support for family model non-institutional care home

Our main focus is raising public awareness concerning modern slavery through printed material and talks. We are active members of the local anti slavery partnership and offer financial and other help to front line charities working with victims and survivors.

We run peer to peer support groups online for tongue cancer patients aged 18-64 and their supporters. We create awareness raising and educational content to promote the existance of tongue cancer within the younger patient population, campaign for changes in best practice to improve patient outcomes and advocate for better patient support services.

The objects for which the Aura Ion Foundation is established are the prevention or relief of poverty [or financial hardship] anywhere in Romania and the UK by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.

Work with partner charities in Romania to renovate and extend existing buildings or construct new buildings. The partner charity then uses the buildings to provide shelter, training, education and basic health care to disadvantaged children.

Supporting smallholder fish farming activities (marine and freshwater, fish, shellfish and plants) together with assisting their growth and development by co-operative and other structures. Providing technological input covering all areas of aquaculture and assisting the education and development of resource poor fish farmers and their organisations and structures both in country and remotely.
