Our mission is to empower disadvantaged children to reach their full potential through improved IT skills, education, healthcare and community development.In the UK, the Computer Learning Programme equips the youth with digital and life skills for future employment. Over 50 adults gain independence. In Ghana, we support orphans and disadvantaged children by offering education, social housing.

Ormside Mill is the perfect location for groups of young people and adults to undertake residential stays. AALA (Adventurous Activities Licencing Association) registered we offer a variety of adventurous activities, including outdoor pursuits, training, workshops, group work and environmental studies.Ormside Mill can accommodate self catered groups of up to 20 people & up to 20 campers.

Sabbath services held weekly and festival services as appropriate. Confirmations, marriages, funerals and tombstone consecrations provided for members. Adult religious education facilities. Visitation services, Cultural, Social and Charitable activities.. All officers are voluntary and receive no remuneration or benefits.

To act as a resource for young people between the ages of five and twenty-five years living in Salford by providing advice and assistance, including but not limited to, financial assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities to experience or enhance personal and learning development opportunities.

Our Skills and facilities allow us to work with the community in several ways;Youth Work - Regular youth clubs, Cultural, Scientific & historical engagement.The Arts - Drama, Film & Media Sessions, Theatre, Radio and Podcasting.Health - Allotments, GYO & Food to Fork Sessions as well as over 55s exercise.Social Welfare - Environment, Social welfare, consultations & employability.

Education Services on Healthy Lifestyle Choices, transition from Primary to Secondary school and internet safety - working in Primary and Secondary Schools, Colleges and Academies

The Charity's object is to advance or assist in the advancement of the religious education of Jewish studentsand / or young adults by providing facilities and services run in accordance with orthodox Jewish practice.

TO ENABLE PERSONS IN MANCHESTER AND SALFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AS WELL AS ELSEWHERE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING FEELINGS OF DISTRESS OR DESPAIR, INCLUDING THOSE WHO MAY BE AT RISK OF SUICIDE, TO RECEIVE CONFIDENTIAL EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND TO REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF SUICIDE;

The Together Centre Charity provides meaningful support services for local Families and Communities within a thriving Community Hub, and our ambition is to support and encourage empowering positive outcomes whilst demonstrating inclusive and equal participation for Tameside and it's wider Communities. We also have a Food Pantry and Charity Shop to help those struggling financially.

The current activity is the maintenance and operation as a heritage attraction of 84 Plymouth Grove, Manchester, the home of Mrs Elizabeth Gaskell. The house is open to the public and runs a programme of activities and events.

CHRISTIAN TEACHING

Holds events to generate funds to provide research and equipment and find cures for incurable genetic diseases.

WAC is a vibrant youth project blending youth work, canoes and water. Focusing on developing confidence and self esteem, awareness of self, others and our environment communication and collaborative working. Young people 8 to 19 join our youth clubs, whereas groups of all ages book canoeing sessions. WAC aims to work with those most affected by disability, discrimination and disadvantage.
