START is a Salford based mental health charity that uses creativity, connection and recovery interventions to help improve people's lives. We are passionate about delivering the very best support for the people in our community who we are lucky enough to meet through our work and providing them with pathways into training, employment, volunteering and leisure pursuits.

FST seeks to enable socially excluded people experiencing enduring mental health problems & other disadvantages to have the opportunity to work & to access paid employment. FST, in partnership with statutory agencies & other partners, sets up projects that assist its service users to gain work skills & qualifications while overcoming the barriers & difficulties to employment in their daily life.

The charity is constituted as a company limited by guarantee, and is therefore governed by a memorandum and articles of association. The objects of the charity are;1. The advancement of education and religion in accordance with the doctrines of the Jewish Religion.2. The relief of poverty.3. Any other purpose considered charitable under the Charities Act.

SUPPORT, ADVICE AND INFORMATION FOR DISABLED PEOPLE. DAY SERVICES, OUT OF HOURS LEISURE ACTIVITIES, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING, ACCESS ADVICE, DISABILITY AWARENESS TRAINING.UMBRELLA FOR LOCAL DISABILITY ORGANISATIONS.

The objectives of the charity are the advancement of education according to the tenets of the Orthodox Jewish religion and to promote such other charitable activities for the benefit of the public in particular to establish, maintain and manage a boys only primary school in Salford.

Providing post 16 education to school leavers with special educational needs. In particular to Jewish children and young people

Langdon empowers Jewish adults with learning disabilities with the skill and opportunities to live independently in their communities within a Jewish ethos.

To pursue the objects of the charity with all the resources available to the charity.

Zero Waste and environmental awareness education and information; food surplus redistribution to beneficiary organisations and food awareness work including cookery and vegetable growing for the wider community. Employability training and work experience activities engaging local people in volunteering and apprenticeships.

The advancement of Jewish religion and education by the establishment of a college of learning. The furtherance of the above is by (1) Training Jewish students as teachers (2) Assisting Jewish brides (3) Relieving poverty

The trustees are running a school.

The three main areas of direct charitable activity are :-1. Direct grants and food support for families on low income.2. Direct grants to individuals to support further religious education.3. Direct grants to newly married couples and their families on low income.The split between institutional and individual grants is as set out in the accounts.

The charity is established for the promotion of any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the area of Salford.

Provide support to homeless patients admitted to hospital by mentoring & advocating for homeless people during hospital stays & following discharge; define, establish & implement a model of medical respite care for homeless patients; support the Faculty of Homeless & Inclusion Health, ensure homeless people have a voice in healthcare provision and a role in co-production of Pathway's work.

We are a Roman Catholic charity working in a number of countries and witnessing to Gospel values through our charitable works primarily among the poor, vulnerable and marginalised. We care for anyone in need believing that all people are equal and that we are called to express our love of God through our service to those in need.

George House Trust provides services to people living with HIV, which enable them to feel empowered and better able to live healthily with HIV. We raise awareness of HIV and encourage all sexually active people in the North West to know their HIV status. We challenge HIV stigma and discrimination and promote a better understanding of HIV.

Pure Insight supports young care leavers aged 16-28. It's range of outreach projects (which tackle complex social issues for those making the transition to independence) include Mentoring, Psychological Wellbeing Service/Counselling, intense support for care experienced young parents, peer support, drop in cafes and an Experts by Experience group influencing local and national service provision

The charity raises funds to further Orthodox Jewish religious education. It distributes its funds to a Torah Talmudical College and grants bursaries to Rabbinical students.

THE CHARITY'S ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE PROVISION & DISTRIBUTION OF GRANTSAND DONATIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE ADVANCEMENT AND FURTHERANCE OF THEJEWISH RELIGION AND JEWISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND THE ALLEVIATION OFPOVERTY AMONG THE JEWISH COMMUNITY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

We provide education, training, volunteering and associated support for excluded adults in Greater Manchester. Our services are aimed at adults who have been through some form of resettlement process related to substance misuse, homelessness, mental illnes, or offending behaviour. We also provide resources /training for other organisations in our field. (Formerly known as MERC and NEARIS.)

Wigan Family Welfare offer advocacy and counselling to both adults and children. It provides mental health advocacy, independent mental health advocacy, children's advocacy and supports a self advocacy group for people with Learning Disabilities . The counselling it provides is in a variety of settings from certain Secondary Schools to Sure Start Children's Centres.
