SWA's objective and principle activity centres on the provision of temporary accommodation for women and children escaping domestic abuse. This is achieved operationally via the two refuges one of which has disabled access and both have dedicated play areas for the children. In total there are 14 bedrooms across the two sites. Families have there own bedrooms but share all the other facilities.

Our Room is an arts charity and creative community for male, trans and non-binary people who sex work. Scout Association

Hand in Hand provides practical and emotional support to vulnerable members of the Jewish community, including children with special educational needs and disabilities, the elderly, the hospitalised and the housebound. Through weekly visits from trained teenage volunteers, we deliver companionship, mentorship and practical assistance, fostering connection and emotional wellbeing for those in need.

DS enables People With Learning Disabilities to be active and visible citizens and provides opportunities that increase health and well-being. DS's dance leaders' with learning disabilities deliver inclusive dance workshops in local communities in the North West. DS creates meaningful activities that increase the life chances of PWLD and stimulate community cohesion through inclusive approaches.

Guidance Hub is community organisation serving the needs of members of different ages and backgrounds. It delivers a range of educational courses through a variety of means, holds spiritual gatherings and retreats and provides community outreach projects from homeless feed to social and recreational activities. Lifecentre Salford has been working alongside local people for community transformation since 2000 (previously charity number 1089030). We have a range of activities to improve health and wellbeing, predominantly in Langworthy and Weaste, but we have a number of projects which support people across the whole borough.
