Our Charity promotes the development of young people from the inner city areas of Birmingham & Sandwell in achieving their physical, intellectual and social potential as individuals and as responsible citizens by the provision of education and leisure time activities using a nautical theme and in accordance with the principles, ethos and practices of the Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC)

Advance the Christian Faith for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals. Producing and/or distributing literature on the Christian faith.

Our vision is caring for cats and respecting and treating them with compassion.Our purpose as a Rescue is to end cruelty and promote kindness to Cats and toalleviate their suffering.We as a Rescue believe that, where there is doubt about whether Cats are suffering,the benefit of the doubt must always be given to the animals.

To provide comforts and amenities for patients or staff in hospitals and medical charities, assist medical research, education and science, and support charitable organisations concerned with the sick or disadvantaged.

The focus of our 'core work' is in 44 locations where our volunteer leaders work with young people in the age range 4 to 18 years each week and engage with them through positive activities through our four programmes, Anchors, Juniors, Company and Seniors. This work is supplemented by a wide range of activities organised centrally for the benefit of the young people.

We support charitable and community activities within the Black Country area of the West Midlands making grants to other charitable organisations for the principal purposes of raising educational standards, increasing health provision and supporting the hospice movement, or similar objects or purposes.

Rotary Club

To provide a variety show for elderly disabled and vulnerable groups on the last Friday of each month and the middle Wednesday. We provide a Rememberance Sunday Show on the nearest Sunday and a Christmas meal & show on the 2nd Friday in December. We promote health & wellbeing and helps to relieve social isolation & increase longevity of life.

Religious Activities

To provide support for people, community groups, small charities that require financial help to improve their quality of life through sickness, illness or poverty.

Donations made to charities at the discretion of the Trustees

To assist aged or distressed persons male or female professing the Protestant religion belonging to the upper or middle classes of society provided that such persons shall have been reduced to poverty by misfortune and not by their own improvidence or neglect. Special regard is to be shown to the claims of widows and daughters of Clergymen of the Church of England.

United Pentecostal Church of God is a religious charity providing avenues to worship our Lord Jesus Christ throughout the United Kingdom. Within its members resources It provides support to anyone in need of help.

Provide day time educational, creative and social activities for older people no longer in full time gainful employment

This charity exists to provide regular Christian teaching to all age groups through a Sunday church service and therough mid-week home groups. The charity also encourages non-Christians to appreciate the benefit of Christian teachings and morals through evangelistic meetings.

Provision of accomodation for the needy with an emphasis on retired clergy and their dependants, and such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall determine at their absolute discretion.

School Events to raise funds for special purposes to enhance the children's education.

The trust exists to support and help Friends in need who are members or attenders of Central England Area Quaker Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends Formerly and is also known as Warwickshire Monthly Meeting. The trust acts following an approach from the needy Friend's local meeting.

We provide an organised monthly event and also a weekly coffee morning for people aged 65-95. We hold these activities at Wednesbury Town Hall. We plan and organise hot lunches, live entertainment, raffles, drinks and snacks. Our volunteers create and craft decorations for the themed events. We provide a friendly service to our elderly community, supporting their well being to assist them.

Oakwood Park and Jesson Playing Fields is a local community green space with a range of active and passive recreation facilities. This includes a childrens play area, Multi Use Games Area, along with sports football pitches and informal seating area.

Managing Trustees make grants, at their discretion, to selected TA Units based within the County of Stafford (including those Units in the geographical area of the former County of Stafford) and the Staffordshire Army Cadets Force for such charitable purposes as are calculated to further their miliotary efficiency by improving the facilities and amenities of training and service.
