Charitable Trust for benefit of Rolleston and Anslow Parish Churches

The objects of the Charity is "to promote the relief of the aged in any manner which now is or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable, within Whitchurch and the surrounding area". The charity holds twice weekly day centre's where the elderly and socially isolated residents meet to chat, play games and enjoy a meal.

Managing the use and maintenance of village hall

Makes grants to (1) widows, widowers divorced partners and children of Church of England clergy who have held or currently hold livings, curacies or chaplaincies in the county of Shropshire and (2) those C of E clergy, their widows or divorced partners, widowers and their children who have retired and face financial hardship living in the county of Shropshire

To maintain a Museum and Heritage Centre. To preserve artefacts and documents associated with the Town. To promote an interest in local history and the built environment, engendering a sense of identity, citizenship and civic pride. To share knowledge and research. To keep a watch on buildings within the Conservation Area, and comment on significant planning applications in the town.

FUND RAISING FOR THE CHILDREN OF LONG MOUNTAIN COFE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Promotion of 8 monthly lectures each year on the arts from September to May. Organisation of visits to museums, galleries, exhibitions and sites of historical and cultural interest. All events are open to non-members.

Promotes knowledge and appreciation of the lives and works of A.E. Housman, other members of his family and the causes of literature and poetry.Activities include the publication of an Annual Journal, a Newsletter twice a year, Poetry Readings and Discussions, Commemorations in Bromsgrove and Ludlow, an Annual Lecture and the publication of books about A.E.Housman & family.

To equip and train doctors to work voluntarily with the ambulance service at the scene of accidents, medical emergencies, major incidents and transport to hospital.Raise money for equipment and fund extended training for the doctors.To encourage extended training in immediate care for local GPs, nurses and paramedics.To encourage first aid training locally for members of the general public.

To manage the land and buildings that are held by our committee, for the villagers, clubs, and wider community.

Raises funds to support school activities and equipment.

To provide practical help and advice to anyone who is about to have a surgical procedure which will result in an ileostomy or internal pouch. To keep members of the charity and other interested groups aware of topics of interest by means of periodic publications and local meetings.

To raise funds for the benefit of the childrens education at Our Lady and St Oswalds Catholic Primary School.

Playground facilities for the use of children and young persons in the Baschurch Area of Shropshire.

Ongoing maintenance of St. Mary Magdalene Bridgnorth Church & Organ

Relief of need either generally or individually, in the Parish. Payment to institutions / organisations for such items, services or facilities to help the above. Exceptionally, the Trustees may grant relief to persons living immediately outside the Parish. If not needed as above then the Trustees shall apply income for general or individual benefit.

SCOUTING ACTIVELY ENGAGES AND SUPPORTS YOUNG PEOPLE IN THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, EMPOWERING THEM TO MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY.

Administration of and organisation of village hall events, letting of village hall.

The preservation and repair of St Andrews Church Ryton and Grindle, as an historic, public, and usable building for the benefit of the wider community.
