We provide Socially Inclusive friendship clubs, specialised independence programmes, trips out, sleepover clubs & short breaks away. We also provide supported work placements & work-based skills training for personal development

Hands Together Ludlow works with volunteers and caring agencies to find solutions to some of the problems vulnerable people face in our community.

The charity collects donated household goods from the local area (around Shrewsbury), refurbishes &stores them as necessary before selling them on at extremely low prices to those in need within the samelocal community.

The charity continues to fulfil the requirements of its primary objective, being the promotion of horticultural education. This has been achieved by organising the annual Shrewsbury Flower Show, organising lectures on horticultural events, supporting, through the Percy Thrower Bursary the Young Horticulturist of the Year competition and by making charitable donations.

Activities to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and/or long term conditions by provision of advice, information and advocacy services for disabled people, their families and carers in Shropshire and its borders, enabling people with disabilities to improve choice and control over their lives, assist independent living and maximise financial wellbeing.

To maintain community focus and governance in the delivery of a programme of events and the sustainability of Wem Town Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the town of Wem and the surrounding area following it's successful reopening.
