We are a grant giving charity. We give financial grants to organisations in Sierra Leone working to relieve sickness and/or relieve poverty and/or advance education.

To support financially current Missionary activities in countries as diverse as Chile, Sierra Leone Romania, Ethiopia and the Ukraine. Regular reports received from these countries attest to the impact of these activities for the good in the lives of many people in the mining communities served by the local evangelists.

Christian religious activities, education and training.

The Well Ministries promotes the Christian Faith through literature, music, teaching, preaching, worship and personal guidance.

The Word International Church has been working together With Citizens UK in the camberwell and Peckham community as parent champions in a project to help pregnant women who has no access to public funds gain help, help children with learning disabilities and providing clothing bank for babies of such parents.

To give small grants to a broad range of Quaker & other UK registered charities or Non-Governmental organisations.

Computers for Charities provides IT / Educational support to UK and Overseas Charities and Voluntary organisations. Primarily as developers of educational and vocational initiatives to aid registered organisatons. Supply of refurbished equipment and resources. Plus involvement of humanitarian aid where required.

General Charitable purposes including missionary and Educational / training.The congregation is also involved in Nursing and Medical care, overseas aid, relief of poverty as well as religious activities.

CHEC's aim is to further the importance of a holisitc and sustainable view of the world and the continuing empasis on development through the implementation of human ecology. CHEC's programme and projects strive to awaken the official world to the need for deeper, human and ecological philosophies and a wider coalition between every level of society and the natural world on which they depend.

Through tailored programmes and activities encouraging general participation and access tocycling, especially for women and young people, plus cycling at a club level. Empowering and support capacity building for Sierra Leoneans in the cycling community such as learn-to-ride trainers and educators, coaches, team managers, race officials, ride safety marshalls and community volunteers.

SWT supplies Biblical teaching and training literature to pastors, teachers and libraries in the poorest nations of the world where this is unavailable or unaffordable. SWT also supplies resources online as website downloads and direct emails.

IUSTI has organised a number of educational events promoting the uptodate management of STIs and genital conditions. The union has campaigned on behalf of patients to the UN and WHO and developed guidelines for the mangement of STI.The Union promotes research.

Arcaid is established for the relief of persons anywhere in the world outside the United Kingdom who are suffering any form of hardship or privation as a result of drought, flood, or other natural disaster, or war, oppression or other human activity, or who by reason of their social or economic conditions are in need of such assistance.

Life For African Mothers has been inactive for 3 months and is in the process of closing down, our remaining funds have been donated to a charity with similar aims to ours, all our trustees are in agreement that we need to close.We are closing due to lack of long term funding, difficulties in managing a service in Africa at arms length, and trustees no longer having the time to continue.

We empower refugees and conflict survivors, homeless street youth and other disadvantaged communities to manage their own healing and wellbeing with tools from yoga.

Langley Institute of Ministry is a free online facility which provides theological and biblical training and support to students in mainly Africa and Asia.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF NATURAL SCIENCE

The development of information systems to inform the worldwide public on the best practices in animal welfare and the law relating to animals in order to advance education and promote humane behaviour towards animals.

Providing resources for the advancement of education and training in Sierra Leone, particularly females facing social exclusion. Supporting the relief of poverty in Sierra Leone, and providing relief to families suffering from the aftermath of the Ebola crisis. The Charity built a bakery to provide affordable nutritious food for a local community near Freetown during this period.

Promotion of the Christian religion through evangelism and education

We facilitate collaborative 'Clusters' of NGOs, health workers, entrepreneurs and others who come together around the shared goal of improving community health and wellbeing. We help them connect locally, internationally and online, to learn and support one another. We help information flow, by sharing our network's expertise and wisdom. And we help influence, by amplifying important voices.

Our mission is to empower young people to fulfil their potential and take action on issues affecting their future. Our major focus is improving the livelihoods of young people both in the developed and developing world through employability and entrepreneurial trainings. We are currently working with disadvantaged young women in West Africa and in primary and secondary schools in the UK.
