This charity aims to advance and spread the Buddhist religion. This includes encouraging people to live in accordance with Buddhist teachings, supporting ordained Buddhists and maintaining close links with the Triratna Buddhist Order. The charity operates as part of a network of independent Buddhist charities known collectively as the Triratna Buddhist Community.

Provision of community facilities.

We exist to affect that social change and the transition towards a low-carbon and sustainable lifestyle. By inspiring and supporting communities and organisations across Birmingham to take positive action, we will demonstrate that building low carbon communities brings benefits, opportunities and well-being to everyone, whilst protecting our environment.

The Trust supports the advancement of education at King Edward VI High School for Girls in Birmingham in such ways as the Trustees see fit, but in particular by providing funds for Assisted Places (bursaries) to talented girls on the basis of financial need to enable them to attend the School. The Trust mainly seeks support from alumnae, parents and former parents, companies and charitable trusts.

Phase Trust operate a number of projects working with schools, community groups and statutory bodies.

The charity's object and principle activity is to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the Stratford-on-Avon District; in particular, the advancement of education, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness.

The charity makes grants/donations to other charities registered with the Charity Commission as per the above categories. Please note that the charity will ONLY consider other charities based in the West Midlands. Any other area in the UK is considered outside the scope of the charity. Please do not expend charity resources if you fall outside these geographical areas or fail to meet criteria.

Public acts of worship open to members of the church and non-members. The teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses & groups. Pastoral work including visiting the sick & bereaved. The provision of meetings with a Christian ethos for all ages. Making the premises available to outside organisations & establishing Christian contact wherever possible. Supporting charities in the UK & overseas.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for playing bowls.

Provides a theatre-in-education service for schools, pupil referral units, special schools, and colleges;Presents performances of new plays, for young people in particular, in arts and community venues;Makes theatre-based inputs into teachers' INSET, and into teacher-training and drama courses;

We are the UK HQ of the Free Methodist Church with 25 Churches in GB, 5 in NI, 3 affiliates in England,1 in Eire. In 2016 we furthered our religious and charitable work by operationally, financially, and spiritually supporting new and existing churches in the UK, raising funds/volunteers for international childcare, a missionary hospital in Rwanda, other overseas mission and humanitarian relief .

The provision of accommodation and care for people with learning disabilities.

Independent Advocacy helps empower people to lead a full life through innovation. We empower people as a way to make them less vulnerable, improve their self-esteem and become more confident. Independent Advocacy delivers a range of work including Kinder Communities, Advocacy, Information, Advice, Corporate Appointee work , Digital Champions etc.

We are a warm, caring and friendly fellowship. Worship styles are a mixture of traditional and modern. We are a black majority inner-city Church, a lively charismatic-evangelical fellowship. We minister in a multi-racial, multi-faith community, which has a luncheon club that serves the community. People enjoy our lively worship, bible based preaching and our friendly welcome.

Provides training and education to both the Hindu and other religius communities within the Sandwell area. Providing advice to young and old of a particular ethnic or racial background on health and welfare matters together with cultural and heritage development.

To help in the treatment of patients to relieve disease and illness.4. To relieve people in-need by providing financial support.5. To advance education by providing training and/or financial support for doctors, detists, pharmacists and nurse.

Preservation of a Historic Garden

The charity is committed to making a profound impact nationally and globally, passionately advocating for the causes that go beyond that of physical welfare; the underlying causes of depleting mental health and breakdown of relationships and societies. We recognise the multifaceted challenges people face so we specialise in providing comprehensive support, techniques and tools in overcoming these.

Parish of Berkswell and surrounding area. Provision of a site for a school in Berkswell; provision of Almshouse accommodation; donations to the CofE church in Berkswell for repairs to fabric and contents; further religious purposes; advancement of education of pupils in the principles of the CofE; other charitable purposes including relief of poverty; making grants to individuals/ organisations.

The charity provides free therapy sessions for children with disabilities and special needs.

Activities include:a. the advancement and preservation of the Islamic faith;b. the advancement of education;c. provision of facilities for recreation in the interests of social welfare for the inhabitants of the area of Smethwick;andd. to foster goodwill and harmonious relations.

THE PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH AND THE SUPPORT AND CARE OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE, FAMILIES AND THE ELDERLY. THE CHURCH RUNS GROUPS FOR ALL THESE SECTIONS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS WORKING IN SCHOOLS. WE ALSO SUPPORT VARIOUS PROJECTS IN THE THIRD WORLD. OUR CHURCH CENTRE IS A RESOURCE FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND HOSTS A WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES.
