We follow a traditional monastic pattern of life. All our services of worship are open to the public and guest accomodation is available for private retreats and quiet days. Financial support is given for the care of the Society's elderly Sisters in Africa.

The Antipode Foundation promotes and advances social scientific research, education and scholarship in the field of radical and critical geography. It produces the peer-reviewed academic journal 'Antipode: A Radical Journal of Geography'; funds research in higher education and related institutions; and supports academic conferences, summer schools, and the translation of scholarship.

Our mission is to inspire and inform policy and practice which lead to the reduction of poverty and the achievement of sustainable livelihoods in Africa, with a particular focus on sub-Saharan Africa.
