Providing suitably qualified coaches and first aid if required to benefit the residents of Jarrow and the surrounding areas. Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade is a voluntary shore based coastal rescue team. We specialise in Rope Rescue, Water Rescue & Coastal Search and Rescue. Operating from the Watch House Museum in Tynemouth, we need to raise at least £30,000 each year to maintain our rescue team, free-to-visit museum and to provide our water safety educational offering.

(1) The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for playing Real Tennis.public (2) To conserve, preserve and improve for the public benefit as buildings of historic interest the Real Tennis Court and house at Matthew Bank, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 3RE and to educate the public about the history and heritage of the buildings.
