Activities conducted for the advancement of the Christian Faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of tennis in a club environment.

To advance the education of the public whether in the United Kingdom or overseas in all matters relating to the African arts in all their forms, including but not limited to theatre, dance, music, cinema, architecture, literature and the visual arts. The charity raises funds and administers the Caine Prize for African writing.

The Settlement currently provides low cost accommodation and facilities in the Vauxhall Cross area of London to charities and other groups. This allows these organisations to provide services for young people, older age groups and also religious activities.

Youth football Club

The principal activity of the Charity is to provide specialist speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy services to children with Down's Syndrome, living in South London. The group is open to all children with Down's Syndrome and their parents or carers who live locally. There are no formal membership criteria or fees.

The provision of facilities for education, leisure and social activities for the inhabitants of the parish of St Faith's, North Dulwich

Activities to support the student experience such as social and sporting events, academic enhancement and student advocacy.

TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF PATIENTS OF GUY'S AND ST THOMAS' HOSPITAL, AND THEIR SATELLITE UNITS AND THE EVELINA LONDON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM KIDNEY DISEASE OR KIDNEY FAILURE AND TO SUPPORT RESEARCH AT GUY'S AND ST THOMAS' HOSPITAL.

TRANSFORMING THE LIVES OF THE UK's MOST DISADVANTAGED 16-24 YEAR OLDS LIVING ON LONDON'S MOST DEPRIVED ESTATES - AND IN SE KENT (FOLKESTONE & DOVER).DELIVERING UNIQUE AND INSPIRATIONAL 10-WEEK PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM COURSES THAT EMPOWER THESE HIGHLY VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE - SUPPORTING EACH TO ACHIEVE THE MOTIVATION, SKILLS AND EDUCATION TO MOVE ON TO FURTHER EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT.

Organising Drug and Alchohol Awareness Projects for children and young people between ages of 13-25.Offering counselling sessions to clients on various issues like bereavements, loss of job and income, depression, family and relationship issues. Counselling and mentoring young people that have dysfunctional behaviour and children and youth referred from the youth offending team.

To advance christian faith,(2) The relief of persons who are in ,conditions of hardship or distress or who are aged or sick, (3)The relief of poverty and (4) To assist the homeless.

Religious activities

Exhibitions, Lectures, Demonstrations

Supporting practice and appreciation of visual art for the public benefit and advancement of education in the arts, by establishing an art gallery to provide ongoing exhibitions, educational events for schools, lectures and intern training programmes with financial support by Arts Council England. Continued support for artists who are in financial need by assisting with studio space for them.

Dulwich Festival makes a broad variety of artistic and cultural events available to the whole Dulwich community.

The pre-school offers early years education to children from 2 - 5 years old. We are registered by Ofsted, follow the Early Years Foundation Stage educational programme and promote 'learning through play' for the children in our care.

The congregation serves the parish of St James Bermondsey. We hold a single service on Sunday mornings, including baptisms, to which all are welcome. We are available for weddings, funerals and memorial services subject to normal conditions. The building is open for part of the day every day and we are actively pursuing plans to increase community use in and community outreach from the building.

STEPPING STONES PROVIDES A RANGE OF MUCH NEEDED EDUCATION AND LEISURE CLASSES FOR ADULTSWITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, ENABLING AN OFTEN NEGLECTED SECTION OF THECOMMUNITY TO WORK FROM A BASE WHERE THEY CAN MAKE NEW FRIENDS AND BUILD THEIRSKILLS. THE CLASSES PROMOTE HEALTH & HYGIENE; EXERCISE & FITNESS; THE ARTS, SKILLS FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT.
