The principal activities of the charity during the year were to advance the Christian Faith, to relief sickness and financial hardship through the provision of funds, goods and services including counselling. We run a holiday play scheme for Deaf children, a Youth Leadership project and a weekly football club.

Growing Hope Brockley provides free therapy services for children and young people with additional needs (0-18 year olds) living in the Southwark and Lewisham boroughs. The therapy provided initially will be Occupational Therapy by the Lead Therapist & Clinic Manager. Additional therapies may be offered at a later date, such as Physiotherapy and/or Speech and Language Therapy.

Music education in all its aspects to young people, though not exclusively, to those who may be disadvantaged through economic or social background.

The DCS is an amateur choir which prepares for and promotes 4 choral concerts a year. Choir rehearsals are held weekly at a venue in Dulwich, South London. New members, supporters and sponsors are very welcome.

At its Forest Hill church and other places of worship, it offers regular services, religious and social activities in German and occasionally in English. The current activities of the charity are two fold: in its wider sense it is to campaign to create a community resilience to youth violent crime. More specifically the Charity works to mentor families and young people on how to make a significant transition in thinking and knowledge so that they can lead healthy lives; stay in school; grow up to become productive adults in society.
