IAHV promotes it's charitable objectives through the encouragement of Human Values. It works with all races, creeds, ages, backgrounds on educational projects to empower individuals to overcome personal limitations and difficulty to work together for the wellbeing and betterment of themselves and society with diverse projects eg in prisons, disaster relief, poor '3rd world' environments etc

The charity provides resources for developing a spiritual base to the Sri Lankan community. It also supports harmonious relationships with local communities. With a variety of cultural and educational programmes, it broadens understanding of the Sri Lankan culture by reaching out to all communities in the United Kingdom.

The Church provides regular Sunday worship and teaching for all ages. We also run various groups for children and young people as well as being involved in a number of external projects and organisations in the local area. The Church also makes grants to support Christian work overseas.

General charitable purposes

Prax Foundation Roots charitable objectives are to relieve poverty, hunger, sickness for all children & contribute to the preservation of health in particular, but not limited to children in Sri Lanka. To advance the education of children, with a particular focus but not limited to children in Sri Lanka.

Educational development of under privileged students and youth in Mannar District, Sri Lanka

Promotion & preservation of health: Mental health through Mindfulness based Meditation, counselling, psychotherapy & stress managements. Education based on scientific evidence: to alleviate poverty & sickness. Social welfare facilities for recreation or leisure. Buddhism & Cultural activities for young & adult. Sponsoring children & providing emergency help at difficult times to rebuild lives.

THE MAIN OBJECT OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF YOGA AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY THROUGH EDUCATION, INCLUDING YOGA, IN THE UK AND SRI LANKA TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME SELF SUPPORTING.

To relieve poverty among the destitute children in Sri Lanka and offer education as the most effective way to escape their cycle of poverty.

The Charity's objects are the advancement of education of children and young people who are in conditions of poverty in Sri Lanka, Tibet, Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan, India or any other parts of the world, as the Trustees at their discretion shall decide, by the provision of grants. This is primarily achieved though an educational sponsorship scheme for children.

Vision of Love was founded with the aim of supporting the poorest, regardless of caste, colour, race or religion. The charity undertakes a number of other projects in UK and Sri Lanka including Cataract operations, Dry rations, Education and Human Values, Clean drinking water, Village services, House renovation and Elderly home.

To relieve financial hardship, distress and suffering among orphans, widows, poor people, victims of natural disasters and other people in need by means of, but not exclusively, making grants or loans for providing or paying for items, equipment, services and facilities, including the provision of food, clean water, clothing, medicines and accommodation for the benefit of the said persons.

JCT makes grants for charitable purposes in four main areas of funding: population control, the natural environment, education and health.

Within the year, the charity made a total of 50 donations to the Evangelical Christian faith in all parts of the UK. Total donations amounted to -ú105,945.
