HOME SERVICES SUPPORT PROVIDES PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO PEOPLE LIVING WITHIN THEIR OWN HOMES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE; TO REDUCE ISOLATION AND TO IMPROVE SOCIAL INCLUSION.

Support of people with learning disabilities, their carers & family. Help children & adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible within the community. Act as a resource for parents & carers, providing them with information, advocacy & practical support. Provide opportunities for people with learning disability to enjoy their leisure time.

The charity has produced a number of theatrical performances engaging both members and audiences alike.We have also continued our support of other local organisations and theatre companies through the provision of lighting and sound equipment hire and advice.

The principal activities are to hold the capital and income of the trust fund upon trust to apply the income, and all such part(s) of the capital for the benefit of such exclusively charitable objects and purposes as the Trustees may in their discretion think fit.

Many sporting/leisure facilities are provided for the local community, including football, karate,bowls, snooker,pool, kick boxing, dancing, bingo, and flower arranging, etc. Many local organisations (like , Rugeley Stroke Club and Miners Memorial Society) use the premises.The Welfare Centre is at the heart of the local community.

THE CHARITY SUPPLIES A PRE-SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT FOR 65 LOCAL CHILDREN

Providing education and developmental activities for children aged 2-4 years of age.

Open Trail encourages disadvantaged children and young people, of Worcestershire and the West Midlands, to strive for more than they think possible despite their own personal circumstances. They use cycling activities forest school to provide opportunities for children and young people to develop their self-confidence, work ethic, emotional resilience and team working skills.

Regular public worship open to all.The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation.Pastoral work including visiting the sick and bereaved.Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups.Promoting Christianity through events, meeetings and the distribution of literature.Supporting other local, national and international charities.

To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Melbourne, South Derbyshire and the surrounding area the provision of multi-purpose sporting facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for individuals who have the need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large.

The charity runs a Family Centre serving the local community offering services to pre- school children and their families, older children in holidays, when they need it most. Services on offer include baby groups,toddler activities, family support, a community table and parents support group. Open four days per week.Open all year round ,term time pre school sessions and school holiday activities

Make Some Noise's vision is that the lifes of children and young people in Staffordshire and Stoke - on - Trent will be significantly enhanced by high quality opportunities to make music.

The provision of a day care centre and care for those service users that attend the centre suffering from Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities. From 2009, the centre now also provides domiciliary care for its members. The centre's activities are aimed at young adults from North Staffordshire and adjoining areas.

A small award winning charity led by and delivered for people affected by brain injury; offering wraparound support, education and rehabilitation to people primarily across the Derby, South Derbyshire and East Staffs area. As part of Girlguiding UK, West Mercia Guides purpose is to enable girls and young women develop their potential and to make a difference to the world.

The charity provides a range of therapies for people with Multiple Sclerosis who come from Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.

We raise money to enable us to support people in our local community with life limiting , life changing circumstances and disabilities through organised events such as music events and family fun days .

The Church is part of a quarterly preaching plan (produced by the Circuit of which Lichfield Methodist Church is part) which ensures regular acts of worship take place - open free of charge to anyone who wishes to attend.
