The main aims of the charity, are to provide church services-weddings-funerals etc, and to provide activities and facilities for all age groups. Childrens clubs - youth work - meetings for the elderly and to be of assistance to other charities/voluntary bodies.

We produce 55 memory sticks each week for blind and partially sighted residents or former residents of the Staffordshire Moorlands featuring the main items in the three local newspapers. We have about 30 loyal volunteers.

The fund provides advice, practical and financial assistance to local, national and international organisations. It aims to assist in times of catastrophe and is involved in help to new voluntary organisations, providing assistance to those in need. Funds are raised by voluntary efforts of the members of the rotary club of Tamworth and other voluntary organisations.

To hold the property in Trust for the use of residents of Tittensor and the neighbourhood for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation & leisure activities..The leasing of land to be used for the Tittensor Bowling Club and also to the Swynnerton Parish Council for a Child's Play Area which was completed in 2013.

We provide an 8 page bi monthly newsletter. We have telephone helplines. We have an equipment loan service (tens machines etc). We hold information sessions on varied subjects. We take our members on outings, holidays and we hold coffee mornings.

To relieve & prevent suffering & distress in animals., particularly dogs, cats, horses, ponies,goats & domestic fowl & other such creatures in need of care & attention, rescue, sanctuary or re-homing by provision of such services as the charity shall from time to time decide.To advance public education in matters concerning animal welfare and aid.

The Beavers, Cubs and Scout meetings at 1st Lichfield Scouts provide weekly activities for children between the ages of 5 and 14. The groups take place at Leasowe Scout Hall with opportunities for trips, camps and other off site activities throughout the year.
