Cedars Church [FIEC] meets together and actively serves the Cedars Park community in Stowmarket. We have Christian worship every Sunday and provide a range of activities during the week for all ages, incl. home groups for Bible study and prayer, ladies and men's groups, youth activities, mums and toddlers group, school assemblies, Care Home services and regular community events through the year.

Buffy Playbus is a local, community based, charity, established in 1994. The main purposes of the WI organisation are to enable women to improve and develop conditions of rural life, to advance their education in citizenship, in public question, in music, drama and other cultural subjects and in all branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare. As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 1st Needham Market Scout Group give young people of the Needham Market area the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

West Row Baptist Church exists for the advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with Biblical Baptist principles as outlined in the church's Basis of Faith primarily, but not exclusively, within West Row Suffolk and the surrounding communities; and such other charitable purposes as shall, in the opinion of the charity trustees, put into practice the Christian faith.

Willow Tree provides disabled people with a practical scheme where learners take part in a range of activities; catering, fitness, dog training, DIY skills including furniture restoration. Growing vegetables and taking part in healthy living and exercise thus improving their quality of life, level of fitness and reducing their isolation, hence increasing their sense of purpose and value.
