Founded by Benjamin Britten in 1952 for local amateur musicians, Aldeburgh Music Club is an unauditioned choral society. Weekly rehearsals under its musical director aim to prepare for three annual public concerts, often held in Snape Maltings Concert Hall with professional soloists and orchestra. Strong local support is given by its patrons.AMC has commissioned choral works from young composers.

Clinks Care Farm helps vulnerable people. Working outdoors in the fresh air, on the land, and with the animals can aid recovery, boost mental well-being and help people get back into employment. From earth to fork - Clinks Care farm focuses on what you can do, not what you can't.

The objectives of the group are to follow the aims of the Scout Association to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual , social and spiritual potential.

For over 100 years the FTT have planned, managed and operated the second oldest annual tennis tournament in the UK, sanctioned by the LTA. It is open to all UK tennis players and organised with all proceeds reinvested in the tournament. There are over 50 events including a range of age specific events ranging from under 8s to over 65 and family events. There is free entry to the grounds.

Our aim is the acquisition, management and protection of woodland and other natural sites to provide a free retreat for people living with critical illness. The Charity encourages and supports volunteers living with Illness, mental health difficulties and the elderly to improve their condition. This is achieved through social involvement, education, skill acquisition and immersion in nature.

The Foundation provides scholarships, bursaries, maintenance and overseas travel grants and other financial assistance to beneficiaries up to the age of 25 to facilitate their educational, recreational, social and physical development; to enable the study of music and other arts and deliver special benefits to the School not normally provided by the Local Education Authority.

The choir of university students and members of public from the Colchester area, prepares to a high professional standard large-scale works for 2 or 3 concerts a year. The choir is accompanied by an orchestra and professional soloists.

Makes grants to the local charities of the 5 parishes covered by the scheme.

1) To advance the Christian religion among Chinese people particularly in and around Colchester, Essex. 2) To relieve those Chinese in need, hardship and distress.

Providing financial help to Charities within the area of Southwold and District in Suffolk

The East Anglia Youth Rowing Programme introduces rowing to a wide range of students at state schools in East Anglia. Many may not have considered rowing as a sport for them. Our programs include indoor and on water training. We use qualified coaches for this and also train and coach school staff to make them self sufficient. Our actives range from taster sessions to 1 week long summer camps

We currently run a club for Disabled Children and Young People from the age of 5 to 19 that runs every other Saturday throughout the year,

Haughley Pre-School (with provision of a supporting Toddlers Group) aims to provide a consistent facility for pre-school learning in the local community and a caring, happy, safe and secure environment in which the children can learn to interact sociably with others; enhance their development and education; and involve parents/carers to ensure that the individual needs of their child are met.

The trustees arrange and attend events and hold open days to raise awareness of animal care and the changes needed to help stop the growing downward spiral of animal cruelty.

Newmarket RUFC exists to promote community participation in healthy recreation, in the Newmarket area, by providing facilities mainly for playing rugby union football and other sports; and to provide, and assist in providing, opportunities for other sport, recreation or other leisure time occupation of such persons, in the area of Newmarket.

The object of the M16 Revival Foundation is, for the public benefit to advance the Christian faith in such ways as theCharity Trustees may from time to time decide. Our purpose statement at the M16 Revival Foundation is to Revive the Great Commission. To achieve our objective of advancing the Christian Faith, we organise events, missions, and courses in partnership with the local church.
