QVSR Seafarers Centres offer welfare support to active seafarers via our Seafarers Centres in Bristol, Felixstowe, Immingham, London Tilbury and London Gateway, we welcome around 50,000 seafarers each year.

Suffolk West Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.

CAVS is a support and development agency for voluntary and community organisations providing advice, information, networking opportunities and training to promote and develop the effectiveness of the voluntary sector in the locality. We also look to identify the needs of the community with the aim of developing new initiatives and currently run a number of frontline services.

The Trustee's aim is that through fundraising activities, events and appeals we will further improve the provision of high quality patient care throughout the Trust, focusing on the use of modern technology in areas not covered or fully supported by central NHS funds.

We recruit and train volunteers to visit families with at least one child under the age of twelve and who live in the area of Suffolk county. Volunteers offer informal, friendly and confidential support. Families are encouraged to widen their network of relationships and use services available within the community. Family groups and workshops are also provided.

Touring theatre company established in 1982, bringing high-quality productions of new writing to mainly rural towns and villages in the East of England. Also schools tours and workshops, site-specific performances and occasional national tours, including performances in London and at the Edinburgh Festival.

TOPCATS provides supported activities for 5-30yr olds with additional and complex needs in Pakefield, Suffolk. TOPCATS delivers a total of 10 bespoke groups accross 50 weeks of the year. Sessions include Weekend social groups, Supported Adult work experience opportunities, Holiday Club Sessions, Parent support group for under 5's and an evening youth group.

Lending library & educational facilities - including courses, lectures and visits - and provision of grants.
