The Horley & District U3A organises educational and social groups for people who are retired or no longer in full time employment.

We raise funds by way of sponsored events, and participation events, such as Quizes and Bridge evenings, for the specific support of 3 charities; The North London Hospice, Ovarian Cancer Research at the Oxford University, and Singing for Memories run by Jewish Care.

Assistance given to Health and Safety research activities eg Sponsoring students on their projects for Health,Safety and Hygiene.

The Provision of local news in audible form for the use of those who find reading difficult due to eyesight problems.

For the educational benefit of children and young people within the Ecclesiastical parish of Farncombe.

Within Borough of Reigate and Banstead, offering help and assistance to persons in need or distress on the streets particularly late at night.

Local Scout Group incorporating Beaver, Cubs & Scouts

Promotion of the crafts of spinning, weaving and dyeing.

Restoration of a post mill originally built at Lowfield Heath in 1737/1738 and now standing on the edge of Charlwood village. We raise money through regular Open Days, where members of the public can visit the mill, take a guided tour with one of our extremely knowledgeable volunteers, learn about the history of the mill. We also offer private tours to local cycling /car clubs etc.

Amateur Dramatics

THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, RESTORATION, BEAUTIFICATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF ST.JAMES'S CHURCH IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ELSTEAD IN THE COUNTY OF SURREY (THE AREA OF BENEFIT), ITS MONUMENTS, FIXTURES, FITTINGS, FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS, ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS AND ITS GROUNDS

Walton Blind Society arranges social meetings, and outings for registered blind or partially sighted people of all ages living in Walton-On-Thames or Hersham. These promote the social wellbeing and inclusion of vulnerable people and help support carers by allowing them personal time.

To help with the preservation of the Parish Church of St Laurtence, Seale Surrey, (and it's curtilage) as a building of historic interest and architectural importance.

Provide bursary payment for pupil(s) at Charterhouse School

To conserve, protect and improve the physical and natural enviroment of the Blackwater Valley and improve access for this and future generations.

Woking Youth CIO provides open access and detached youth support work in Woking area.

Speakers of educational interest. Craft group to help underprivileged people in UK.

Preservation of the historical, architectural and functional heritage of Cobham Mill and its machinery.

Camberley Mencap provides help and advice to people with a learning disability and their families/carers who have close associations with the district. The society organises social events including outings and a weekly youth club. Financial help is also given towards otherwise unfunded living expenses, holidays etc.

The charity provides a museum covering the history of Ash, Ash Vale, Ash Green and Tongham

Bingo, outings, raffles and fetes.

The Charity makes small cash grants to persons to whom such financial assistance will make a noticeable difference. Larger grants have been made to assist disabled people needing to acquire equipment not available on the National Health Service, to assist with the cost of convalescent residential care and to students requiring textbooks. Only applies to persons resident in St John's Church Parish.

To support Masonic Charities, other non Masonic Registered Charities which are subject to the initiative of Grand Lodge, Provincial Lodge, Farnham Masonic Centre or by Waverley Lodge. All subject to committee and Lodge approval.

The purpose of Scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. The 12th Dorking (Newdigate) Scout Group consists of Beavers (ages from 6 to 8), Cubs (ages 8 to 10.5) and Scouts (ages 10.5 to 14).
