The School's activities cover: - the provision of education for children between the ages of 3 and 11 inclusive.- the provision of adult education- the provision of facilities for the daily care, recreation and education during out-of-school hours

The Charity has a Licence to provide elderly day care services from a building known as the Westway Centre in Caterham. We are open 5 days a week and pre Covid were providing meals and other activities ( keep fit) plus entertainments. We were also open for Sunday Lunches once a month. Since March 2020 we have been providing outreach services to the most vulnerable locally.

Specialist advice unit supporting organisations in legal areas of welfare rights and community care.

Religious activities

Generally advancing the religion: Making grants to churches (or organisations planted or established under the supervision of churches) subscribing to the doctrine of the Church of England to support them in carrying on activities including provision of regular public worship open to all, pastoral work, holding events and distributing literature promoting Christianity and its public teaching.

Building Faith in the Community, as a Church of England Parish Church.

We provide day centre care for the those living with all forms of dementia; from early onset through to advanced stages. Activities and the environment are designed to provide stimulation to our clients to help them maintain their independence and delay progression of symptoms.In addition we provide support for families & carers, and help signpost for further support & available services.

Support Cultural Diversity in the arts and heritage sector

1. The relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment, work placements, training and volunteering opportunities 2. To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate.

Relief of financial hardship locally by providing or assisting in the provision of items and services to individuals in need.Promotion of social inclusion by preventing the young, the aged, those with ill-health or infirmity, those suffering relationship or family breakdown, and those in financial hardship, from becoming socially excluded, and assisting them to re-integrate into society.

Girlguiding Surrey West covers the Boroughs of Elmbridge, Guildford, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Surrey Heath, Woking and Waverley. We aim to sustain and promote a stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities based on Guiding principles for girls and young women aged 5 - 25 years, delivered by trained volunteer leaders.

The Charity raises money through its shops in Bordon, Liphook, Haslemere and Grayshott plus donations. Grants are normally made to beneficiaries in North East Hampshire and South West Surrey area.Application are from local agencies such as CAB, Social Service, School and Family Centres and local schools, not direct. Beneficiaries are individuals, families and other charities.

To provide premises and facilities for members and their guests to learn, play and improve the game of Bridge in a safe and friendly environment.

The ownership provision and preservation of Horsell Common and other commons and open spaces for informal recreation and enjoyment of the public at large, the protection of the environment for future generations and the protection and management of habitats for all flora and fauna living on such commons and open spaces.

Charity operating social care provision for adults with learning disabilities

Currently working in women's prisons across the UK, supporting and resourcing Chaplaincy departments, and women caught up in the Criminal Justice System. Delivering a range of rehabilitative courses in prison and through Probation in the community. Supporting women resettling back into the community through mentoring, supported accommodation, and an employment network.

The charity commenced trading on 1st January 2016 after taking over the running of the Haslemere Hall for the benefit of the people of Haslemere and surrounding areas.

LEATHERHEAD START IS A DIRECT ACCESS, SHORT STAY HOSTEL PROVIDING ACCOMMODATION FOR THE SINGLE HOMELESS AND DAY TIME ACTIVITIES. IT HAS 9 SINGLE ROOMS AND 1 DOUBLE FOR A COUPLE. ASSISTANCE IS GIVEN TO CLAIM BENEFITS, SEEK TREATMENT FOR HEALTH PROBLEMS, AND ADDRESS THE ASSOCIATED PROBLEMS WHICH HAVE LED PEOPLE TO OUR DOOR. WE AIM TO HELP PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE A PLANNED MOVE ON TO FURTHER ACCOMMODATION.

Big Leaf Foundation aims to provide a nurturing programme of activities, projects and events, that focus on combating social isolation for displaced young people in Surrey.
