SGSPTA raises funds for the benefit of Sutton Grammar School students and enhances the School community by; holding social, & fundraising,events (Autumn/Spring Quiz Nights, Xmas Fair, International Evening); providing refreshments at School events; via SGSPTA Ltd running Xmas Parking scheme & Mock Tests for the 11-plus exams.

THE CHARITY BENEFITS PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WITH DISABILITIES, ELDERLY PEOPLE, DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE AND SCHOOL CHILDREN BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE RIVER THAMES AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ON THE RIVER THAMES. THE CHARITY OWNS AND OPERATES BOATS TO FACILITATE THESE ACTIVITIES. IT IS LARGELY SERVED BY VOLUNTEERS.

Mustard Seed Autism Trust supports the physical and mental health of autistic children, their parents and siblings. This is delivered through occupational therapy, specialist work, parent workshops and courses, resources and loan of equipment, advice line, and sibling support groups. The charity works with families living within 10 miles of Farnborough, Hampshire.

Religious activities

Olive Tree Cancer Support Group is an independent charity providing support to cancer patients, their carers and families. Complementing the services provided by NHS, we provide information, emotional support and complementary therapy with an ever-expanding offer of additional services including counselling, coaching, hypnotherapy, scar therapy, lymphatic drainage massage and other workshops.

Global Social Impact is a UK charity which promotes the building of the Global ecosystem of the VP/SI space. We do this by giving grants to entities which work at both country and continent level. We have over 15 year history of this work.

Psds seeks to provide support for individuals with Down Syndrome and their families. In particular, by providing support, advice and assistance for physical, educational and emotional development in order to help children with Down Syndrome develop and provide a support network for the young people and their families.

ÔÇó We inform and develop new writing through a programme of educational workshops, events and seminars open to the general public. Our continuing education programme allows writers to share skills with schools and others in the community. We encourage new writing from untapped sources and who are socially excluded by being home bound or underprivileged.

Regular worship open to all;provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation;pastoral work, incl. visiting sick and bereaved; teaching Christianity through sermons and small groups; taking religious assemblies in schools; promotion of Christianity through staging events and meetings; promoting the mission of the Church through activities for all age groups and needs.

The Circuit carries out a number of activities, including: equipping local Churches for mission; supporting and training local preachers to lead worship; receiving and administering the payment of assessments to the Circuit in order for the Circuit to be able to provide a manse and ensure its Ministers are paid a stipend; and supporting local Churches in meeting their obligations.

Religous Activities

The primary activity of the Pilgrim Band Trust is to provide free musical tuition to children and young people in the age range 8 years to 18 years living in Reigate in the County of Surrey and surrounding areas. Tuition is provided on a weekly basis during school term time from our premises in Reigate, Surrey. We currently have 100 children attending regularly. We also fund music in schools.

Public worship; provision of space for prayer; pastoral work; teaching of Christianity; taking assemblies in schools; providing youth activities; promoting Christianity through events and meetings and literature; promoting mission of Church through various activities ; supporting UK and overseas charities and providing facilities for town meetings and cultural events.

The charity provides food and household items to needy individuals and families in the Guildford area. In some cases it helps with household gas and electricity payments.
